Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Balanced Chiropractic in the treatment of The Third-Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome,so as to provide clinical basis for The Third-Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:From September 2017 to December 2018 in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Massage Rehabilitation Clinic National Physician Hall,Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province Acupuncture Clinic or hospital patients and acupuncture and Massage Section Xianlin Hospital patients,and in accordance with The Third-Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome diagnostic crnterna,inclusion criteria,60 cases of patients randomly divided into control group and treatment group(30 cases each).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and massage,and the treatment group was treated with balanced chiropractic method.The treatments were 3 times a week and 6 times a course of treatment,requiring 2 courses of treatment.Visual simulation score(VAS),lumbago score scale(JOA)and Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI)were used to evaluate the main symptoms and lumbar joint mobility before and after the patients,and the correspondingstatistical analysis was made.Results:1.The two groups after treatment of gender,age,course of comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);2.After treatment two sets of VAS scores were compared,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);3.After treatment two sets of JOA scores were compared,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);4.After treatment two sets of Oswestry scores were compared,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);5.The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%after treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the difference in efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The Acupuncture Massage Method and The Balanced Chiropractic for the treatment of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome all have better curative effect,but The Balanced Chiropractic for The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome more effectively improve the quality of life of patients with the disease,such as self-care ability,clinical signs and relieve lumbar pain,and the operation is light and easy to be accepted by the public,providing a new treatment idea and method for clinical,worthy of clinical promotion.
