Through observing the immediate and long-term clinical effects of three groups' patients,which is for the purpose of improving the clinical effect and providing a new approach for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.MethodsThrough organizing and researching professor Lu's clinical prescriptions, cases, related articles and daily learning notes with professor Lu to summarize her academic thought and clinical treatment experience.30 cases of cervical vertigo (treatment group) treated by professor Guimei Lu's self-made "Yinao zhiyun decoction' with Long's chiropractic manipulation, Compared with other two control groups which used one of the two methods mentioned above separately and observe the immediate and long-term efficacy of three groups of patients.ResultsBy learning with professor Guimei Lu and summarizing her clinical experience and related documents, this study summarized Professor Lu Guimei' s academic thought and unique experience of treatment of vertigo. In this study, we observed the therapeutic effect of the patients treated by professor Guimei Lu's self-made "Yinao zhiyun decoction"with Long's chiropractic manipulation. By comparing the scores of"The cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale"of the three groups of patients both after the treatment and three months after the last treatment, the treatment group were better than the simple drug group and simple manipulation group.ConclusionThis study comprehensively summarized the professor Guimei Lu's academic thought and clinical treatment experience to cure vertigo from the liver, which is worth popularizing to study and research, combine the "Yinao zhiyun decoction"with experienced Long's chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo, which is effective, safe, reliable and worthy of promotion and application...
