| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Balanced Chiropractic in treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,to provide safe and effective treatment for adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 32 teenager patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis selected from October 2016 to October 2017 in acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation department of the traditional Chinese medicine clinic of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 16 cases.The treatment group was treated with the balanced chiropractic method,and the control group was treated with the acupuncture massage chiropractic method.The whole treatment was treated once every day,with one course of treatment for 3 months.Cobb angle and clinical curative effect after completion of a course were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment.Cobb Angle changes,clinical curative effect of the secondary assessment and SRS-22 scale research were analyzed after 3 months.And the points were analyzed statistically.The results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course,Cobb Angle and other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment,the Cobb Angle of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the comparison of Cobb Angle in the group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The decrease of Cobb Angle in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference of Cobb Angle between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months,the Cobb Angle of the two groups was retested,and there was a rebound trend,but it was still lower than before treatment,and the comparison in the group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The decrease of Cobb Angle in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference in the difference of Cobb Angle between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group at the end of a course of treatment and 66.67%in the control group,and the total effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months,the total effective rate was 86.67%and 46.47%in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group on the SRS-22 functional activities in the table,pain,self-image,psychological status and the five aspects of treatment satisfaction score were higher than the control group,total contrast was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both acupuncture massage chiropractic method and balanced chiropractic method have good recent and future effect on the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,but the balanced chiropractic method has more exact long curative effect and can improve the patient's quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
