Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By Four-bit Integrated Ridge

Objective:This study is to based on observation and research before and after vertebral cervical vertigo (cervical vertigo, CV) patients vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale scores and other indicators, confirmed that the four-in-one chiropractic method act the CV has a good therapeutic effect.Methods:Screening 60 clinic and ward CV patients from Second Department of Osteopathy of Hospital of Henan Province, The time ranges from April 2015 to December 2015, Between the age of 18-65 years old. They are all accord with the inclusion criteria. These patients were set up therapy group and comparison group, the therapy group 30 patients, including 12 males and 18 females, the application of traction, chiropractic manipulation, medicine decoction Banxiabaizhutianma soup oral functional training and methods of the neck, that is one of the four chiropractic method. The comparison group of 30 patients, including 11 males and 19 females, the use of conventional techniques, the same with the remaining three treatment groups. Two sets of the sequence of operations are: traction?technique? exercise? medicine, once a day,10 times as a course of treatment, continuous two courses of treatment were observed and recorded before and after treatment of each patient's cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale scores, vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and other indicators to assess the recovery situation of two groups of patients after treatment,record the data and provide statistical analysis.Results:After treatment, the Vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity and cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale scores of the therapy group were higher than the comparison group. After treatment, the neck vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale score of the therapy group was (25.02±2.42) points, compared to the comparison group (21.28±2.48) points, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). after treatment, the left vertebral artery peak systolic blood flow velocity of the therapy group was (54.40±6.89) cm/s, the right vertebral artery was (55.27±7.37) cm/s, the basilar artery was (57.43±7.11) cm/s, the comparison group left vertebral artery was (50.57±6.73) cm/s, right vertebral artery was (49.90±7.24) cm/s, the basilar artery was (52.37±6.95) cm/s, the two groups were statistically significant difference between the blood vessels (p<0.05). the left vertebral artery end-diastolic blood flow velocity of the therapy group was (25.67±4.12) cm/s, the right vertebral artery was (25.73±4.37) cm/s, the basilar artery was (29.07±4.72) cm/s, the comparison group left vertebral artery was (23.37±4.33) cm/s, right vertebral artery was (23.30±4.46) cm/s, the basilar artery was (26.60±4.40) cm/s, the two groups were statistically significant difference between the blood vessels (p<0.05). Final treatment group were cured 10 cases,14 cases markedly effective in 5 cases and 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.67% in the control group were cured in 6 cases,8 cases were markedly effective in 10 cases,6 cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%, two group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse events. Through various statistical analysis proved that with respect to the control group using conventional techniques, one-in-four chiropractic method better clinical outcomes, better patient's condition improved.Conclusion:Through systematic clinical observation and statistical analysis, the results showed:the control group and the treatment group the patient's condition had improved, and in the course of treatment had high security. Four-in-one chiropractic method in clinical remission in patients with dizziness and other symptoms and signs, and work to improve the living condition of the patient, increase confidence in the treatment of patients were better than the control treatment group, four-in-one chiropractic method in the treatment of CV curative effect is sure, safe and reliable.
