The Anxiety Status Of Perimenopause Women In Some Areas Of Xinjiang And To Explore The Main Influencing Factors

Objective: to investigate the anxiety status of perimenopause women in some areas of Xinjiang(Wulumuqi,Hetan,Kashi,Akesu)and to explore the main influencing factors.Methods: from May to June 2018,300 perimenopause women in Xinjiang(Wulumuqi,Hetan,Kashi,Akesu)were investigated by cluster and random sampling.The mean age was(51 ±10)years old,and the mean age was(51 ±10)years old.The members of the questionnaire group were composed of the women endocrine natural subjects group during perimenopause.General situation questionnaire,Kupperman scale and HAMA anxiety scale were used to investigate and analyze the anxiety status and its influencing factors.Results: among the 300 subjects,181 had anxiety symptoms,and the incidence of anxiety was 60.3%.The risk factors of anxiety disorder in perimenopause women: height,body mass index,education level,personal income,family type,occupational type,and work stress in the last three years had no significant correlation with anxiety disorder(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between anxiety disorder and anxiety disorder in perimenopause women(P > 0.05).There was significant correlation between anxiety disorder and housing condition,quality of life and age during perimenopause(P < 0.05).The incidence of anxiety disorder in poor housing condition was higher,and there was significant difference in anxiety degree under different perimenopause symptom scores,and there was significant difference among different age groups(P=0.000).Conclusion:the incidence of anxiety in perimenopause women is 60.5%,and the abnormal quality of life score in perimenopause is 79.70%.The main anxiety symptoms in the patients with perimenopause anxiety symptoms are counted by investigation.Early detection of anxiety symptoms and early treatment;To guide clinicians in diagnosis and treatment,if you find symptoms in perimenopause women,be vigilant and reduce adverse events.
