Research Of Medical Staff’s Humanistic Quality’s Present Situation And Countermeasure In Xinjiang

Objective: To describe and discuss Xinjiang medical staff humanistic quality andanalyze the existing problems and causes; to realize the necessity of current medical staffhumanities cultivated manners’ promoting; to discuss the proper methods of promotingand strengthening the Xinxiang public hospital medical staff’s humanistic quality and putforward some targeted suggestions and countermeasures.Methods: According to theactual situation of the hospital, it takes five parts of the medical staff and patients inXinjiang as the object. Under the guidance of supervisors and experts, with patientquestionnaire to analysis Xinxiang public hospital medical staff humanistic literacyperformance condition, it seeks the root of the problem from the concept of cognitivesituation of the medical staff to humanistic quality, the reflection of ethics and values tohumanistic quality views and opinions;the satisfaction of professionalenvironment.According to the constrastive analysis of different level of hospitalhumanistic quality status, in order this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions todifferent level hospitals. Then it discusses some improve public for further development inXinxiang hospital medical staff humanistic quality measures.Results: The presentsituation of the medical staff’s humanistic quality in Xinxiang: Medical staff shows desireand urgent requirements to training of the humanistic quality. However,due to the contrastbetween medical staff expectations and actual over working and unsatisfied workenvironment and the change of medical staff,part of them gradually breeding a strongutilitarian.Thereby,the contributed landslide of moral values and the phenomenon ofmissing values.The patients have already had some certain recognition for contemporarydoctor’s technology. But with the improvement of the quality of life, the most concern isthe medical staff’s humane quality problem. doctor-patient contradiction is worsen. Thenthe medical staff’s humanistic quality be weaken by improvely.Contrast analysis found:two hospitals,which are striving for the top of the municipal hospital, pay more attentionto the training of medical staff’s humanistic quality; provincial hospital medicalpersonnel’s satisfaction for equipment and working environment and the opportunity for advancement is more than the municipal and county level hospital; the county levelhospital medical staff have the lowest satisfaction of workload and working ratio. Theirdissatisfaction is higher than the provincial and municipal hospital. While county levelhospital medical staff’s respected degree is higher than the provincial and municipalhospital. Although there are different comments and suggestions between differenthospitals at various levels, the cultivation of humanistic quality and strengthen should beplaced on the important position.Conclusions: Through the detailed survey and in-depthinterviews, the author found that the medical staff humane accomplishment has beengradually improved, but also need to further strengthen and improve. Promotion ideas andmeasures are mainly as follows: pay attention to and improve the medical staff’shumanistic quality; pay attention to medical ethics education and improve the medicalstaff’s humanistic quality;to improve the treatment of medical personnel through a varietyof ways; to fully understand that respect of both patients and medical staff are equallyimportant;from the management of the medical staff to improve the practice environmentand to protect the lawful rights of medical personnel;self training of medical staff’shumanistic quality promoting;meanwhile,realize that rebuild credibility is theresponsibility of the whole society under the environment of society;to reform medicaleducation and to strengthen the humane quality education mechanism;to adjust andbalance the doctor-patient conflicts of interests.
