The Present Situation Of Study And Leisure Life And The Analysis Of Academica Chievement Influential Factors Among Junior Medical Students

Objects:By learning about the current status of study and leisure life among students from different grades in junior medical school, and analyzing the influential factors to their academica chievement. Trying to provide these junior students with effective recommendations about constructing an effective study and life mechanism for university students And at last to build a harmonious campus.Methods:Methods on parts of different major students from different classes of1,2,3grades in medical Xiangya school are selected by cluster random sampling. Import all the information of research objects into SPSS17.0statistical software to build a database. Then use the statistical software to make an analysis. Research contents include:1. the current status on junior medical students’study life;2. the current status on their leisure life;3. Analysis on their academic records influence factors.Results:(1)current status about junior medical students’study life:1, The study purposes of the three grades have not been assumed to have differences (P>0.05), displaying the tendency of marketization;2,The study attitudes of the three grades have been believed to have differences (P<0.05),.From freshman to junior students, all is reduced by grades from attendance rate, class interest, consciousness of study attitude and keen to major;3, Learning orientation of three grades also has difference (P<0.05). Academic record has already not been regarded as the only measure of a person’s ability. The eagerness for achieving a good record has reduced by grade. To adapt to this fast-developed society, they pay more attention on developing in all aspects.(2)current status on junior medical students’leisure life:1, the amount of leisure time of the three grades has been believed to have differences (P<0.05) From freshman to junior students, the larger the grade, the more leisure time they have, but lacking of plan (the design to their leisure time has not been believed to have difference).2, the content of the leisure life has not been believed to have difference (P>0.05) The leisure life is various, mainly trending towards entertainment. They spend less time on sport exercise and practice ability nurturing. Internet is becoming an indispensable tool in their lives.3, the leisure activity quality is bad and its value is ambiguous.(3)multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis shows the factor that influence the students’academic achievement includes:gender, family month income, father’education level, study attitude, eagerness to their exam results.Conclusions:Different grades have some different demonstrations in junior medical students’study and leisure lives. In all:1, junior students have diversity study purposes, active study attitude, and clear study goal.2, junior students’ leisure time is affluent and colorful, but its quality should be improved.3, multivariate conditional logistic regression n analysis shows the factor that influence the students’academic achievement includes:gender, family month income, father’education level, study attitude, eagerness to their exam results.According to the study, there are two suggestions to junior student for their education:1, The school should provide a stage guide to different grades.2, The school should provide students good study environment, teaching and sports facility.
