An Investigation Of The Main Syndromes Of Perimenopausal Anxiety Disorder In Kazak,Urumqi,Xinjiang

Objective: To explore the common symptoms of perimenopausal anxiety and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in xinjiang uygur autonomous region.Method: 109 cases with screening in April 2017 to March 2018 in the fourth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university gynecological diseases for ward of outpatient and ward,consciousness of the age of 40-60 years old,and a diagnosis of anxiety of kazak perimenopausal women as investigation object.Methods: a questionnaire to fill in the form of improved Kupperman rating scale of traditio nal C hinese medicine(TCM),anxiety self-assessment scale,primary symptom questionnaire,final screening met inclusion and exclusion criteria,109 cases of kazak patients for the analysis of the data,discuss in urumqi,xinjiang kazak perimenopausal women common TCM symptoms of anxiety and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types.Result: 25 cases of Yin deficiency endogenous dryness,accounted for 22.94%,23 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,accounting for 21.10%,move within 20 cases,accounting for 18.35%,10 cases of kidney Yin deficiency,accounting for 9.17%,phlegmy wet block 10 cases(9.17%),and kidney Yin and Yang are two empty 9 cases,accounted for 8.26%,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,9 cases(8.26%),heart kidney is not handed in 7 cases,accounted for 6.42%,kidney Yang deficiency in 5 cases,accounted for 4.59%,and qi stagnation and blood stasis in 1 case,accounting for 0.92%.In this survey,there were 109 patients with perimenopausal anxiety disorder,among whom 92 were mildly anxious,accounting for 84.4%.Moderate anxiety 15,accounting for 13.76%;Severe anxiety 2,accounting for 1.83%.Conclusion: kazak anxiety with mild anxiety,perimenopausal syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine with Yin deficiency endogenous dryness qi,liver and kidney Yin deficiency and liver ease,kidney Yin deficiency,phlegm wet block is given priority to,disease mainly in the liver and spleen kidney,disease mainly Yin deficiency,In the dry,and qi(qi depression and phlegm wet).
