The Correlational Research Between Medical Staff's Burnout And The Doctor-patient Relationship

Objective First,the paper studies the status of job burnout and the relationship between doctors and patients,and then analyses the difference of job burnout and the relationship between doctors and patients according to demographic variables;second,it analyzes the relationship between job burnout and the doctor-patient relationship;third,it analyzes the influence of job burnout of medical staff on the relationship between doctors and patients;lastly,it also offers proposals to alleviate the medical personnel job burnout and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Method Using the questionnaire of job burnout and doctor-patient relationship investigates the medical staff,and then using SPSS 20 analyzes the data collected.The main analysis methods include independent-sample t test,single factor analysis of variance and other methods.Results First,according to different demographic characteristics,there are some differences in the professional burnout of medical staff and the doctor-patient relationship in some dimensions.Second,emotional exhaustion of job burnout is positively related to the doctor-patient relationship,and the correlation coefficients of the three dimensions of the doctor-patient relationship are 0.401,0.466 and 0.367,respectively(P < 0.01);depersonalization and doctor-patient relationship is positive correlation,the correlation coefficients are 0.343,0.374,0.335(P < 0.01);personal accomplishment and doctor-patient relationship is negatively correlated,and the correlation coefficients are-0.281,-0.328,-0.386(P < 0.01).Third,burnout of medical staff has a certain effect on the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion To alleviate the job burnout of medical staff,we can start with improving the working environment of medical staff.We can also establishment health records of medical staff to supervise and prevent medical staff in the health.To establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,it needs the government,hospitals,medical staff,patients,social and media,and other aspects,work together to make the doctor-patient relationship harmony.
