At present, the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, doctors and patients have become increasingly conspicuous, and thus triggered by the increasing number of medical disputes, and even frequent violence incident. Doctor-patient conflicts is the real crisis of confidence. Asymmetric information both doctors and patients, resulting in cognitive conflict. The lack of communication between doctors and patients or poor awareness of the conflict between doctors and patients to rise, sparking the medical dispute. As a result, the building of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the key element is to strengthen the doctor-patient communication.Doctor-patient communication belong to the scope of the physician-patient relationship. First of all, the doctor-patient relationship is a relationship between ethics and morality. Ethics in the doctor-patient relationship between doctors and patients to communicate, both doctors and patients should be considered the moral obligation. Patients on effective communication and truthful statement of condition, the patient is to receive treatment with the two sides were due moral responsibility. Second, the physician-patient relationship is a legal relationship, legal physician-patient relationship in the doctor-patient communication, reflected the informed consent of patients rights and obligations to inform doctors of the unity of opposites. Enjoy the right to informed consent of patients are given the right to the law, and the fulfillment of this obligation is the doctor's legal obligations.Strengthen and improve the doctor-patient communication and ethics of law must be carried out at two levels. In the level of ethics, doctors should be emotional and moral cultivation and communication abilities, to include medical students in the graduate school of education and continuing medical education system. In the level of law, should further improve doctor-patient communication laws and regulations, clear the rights and obligations of both parties.
