Wen Abdominal Pain Sticking Umbilical Treatment Of Pediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Spleen Deficiency Cold Type) The Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Temperature observation abdominal pain sticking umbilical treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis (spleen deficiency cold type) of clinical efficacy, to explore the curative effect is good, less side effects of therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:All 60 cases of research are from January 2015-December 2015 in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics of mesenteric lymphadenitis (spleen deficiency cold type) of children,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 groups,30 cases each. Abdominal pain, the treatment group to temperature, apply 1 time 1 stick on the CV 8,4 to 6 hours, and at the same time cooperate with oral tracey capsule in the treatment; The control group only to oral tracey capsule in the treatment. Both groups of children with continuous administration of two period of treatment,5 days for a course of treatment. Were observed before and after treatment of two groups of children with laboratory test results and the symptoms and signs of change.Results:(1)Treatment group and control group total effective rate were 96.67%, 73.33%, total effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). (2) The treatment group and control group after treatment compared with before treatment, the total integral of syndromes have significant difference (P< 0.05); Treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome total score compared with the control group total score of syndromes, there were significant differences (P< 0.05). (3)The treatment group in improving children with abdominal pain, abdominal distention, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, limbs don’t temperature is better than that in control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05), while in the aspect of improving mainland, differences between the two groups has no statistical significance (P> 0.05). (4)Before and after treatment the difference of two groups of children with mesenteric lymph node length to diameter, the difference of the two groups of children with mesenteric lymph nodes short diameter were statistically significant (P< 0.05); Comparing the two groups after treatment with mesenteric lymph node length to diameter, the treatment group leader narrow diameter was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05), to compare the two groups of mesenteric lymph nodes after short diameter, short diameter to reduce the degree of treatment group was obviously better than control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). (5)The follow-up compared two groups of patients with recurrence rate, recurrence rate treatment group was obviously lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that:1. Wen abdominal pain post treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis (spleen deficiency cold type) has better clinical curative effect, the total curative effect is remarkable;2. Wen abdominal pain paste can improve pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis (spleen deficiency cold type) in children with abdominal pain, abdominal distention, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, the symptom such as limbs do not warm;3. Wen abdominal pain can stick children with narrow mesenteric lymph node enlargement of lymph nodes;4 Wen abdominal pain stick can effectively decrease the recurrence rate of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis;5. Wen abdominal pain is convenient to use, has been accepted by parents and children, has not found obvious adverse reactions.
