Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Mesenteric Lymphadenitis-related Abdominal Pain In Children With Lianpu Zhitong Recipe

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of infantile repeated abdominal pain of the chronic lymphadenitis of mesentery by using the Coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain and observe its effectiveness.Seeking a safe,effective and economic drug for clinical treatment of repeated abdominal pain in children,and providing reference for clinical treatment of children.At the same time,according to the data of mesenteric lymph node enlargement before and after treatment,to explore the validity of this therapy in improving mesenteric lymph node enlargement,to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:In this study,a total of 63patients were collected from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 in the Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The total cases were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the treatment group,31 cases in the control group,2 cases drop in the treatment group and lcase drops in the control group.The treatment group was treated with oral coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain,and the control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine(simo decoction and maple liao intestines and stomach).Before and after treatment,the syndrome score and mesenteric lymph node enlargement were analyzed,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Result:Before treatment,the two groups were not statistically different in age,sex,condition of illness,duration of disease,Symptom scores,syndrome,auxiliary examination and so on.?Clinical efficacy:the treatment group of 30 cases,15 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective,effective 10 cases,invalid 0 case,the total effective rate of 100%.The control group of 30 cases,0 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,28 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%.P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group by statistical analysis.?Improvement of the symptoms:both groups were effective in promoting the degree of abdominal pain and time of duration,abdominal distension and excrement.As to the degree of abdominal pain and time of duration:comparison before and after in each group,P<0.05,there are differences before and after treatment;comparison between two groups,P<0.01,the treatment group was better than the control group.In abdominal distension and excrement:comparison in each group and between two groups,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.In a word,the treatment group was better than the control group in Improvement of the all symptoms,especially in the degree of abdominal pain and time of duration.?abdominal sonography:(mesenteric lymph node size)after treatment,both groups were effective in improving the lymph node size,but between the two groups,P<0.05,significant difference,indicating that the coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain in improving the mesenteric lymph nodes is better than that in control group.Conclusion:TCM syndrome of dampness heat and blood stasis resistance of abdominal pain in children,the use of the coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain in treating that lie a positive effect.Compared with the coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain and Chinese patent medicine(simo decoction and maple liao intestines and stomach),the former has a better effect than the latter,in terms of improving abdominal pain,abdominal distension,stool,in primary,secondary symptoms and signs is significant.Besides,the improvement of mesenteric lymph node enlargement was significantly better than that of the control group.Therefore,the treatment of coptis chinensis cortex magnolia pain for children with abdominal pain is positive,and no adverse reactions during treatment,is worth promoting the treatment program.
