Objective We intended to clarify the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of residual lumbar disc herniation residual symptoms, and to expand the clinical application of electro-acupuncture for the treatment of integrated lumbar disc herniation."After mesoscopic residual symptoms" provides a new reference method. Methods Patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous transforaminal nucleus pulposus(TESSYS)surgery in the Department of Spine and Spinal Cord Hospital of Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from October 2015 to December 2017 were collected and were symptomatic at 1 W after surgery.Residues and meet the criteria for the inclusion of patients with 44 patients, according to the number of patients admitted to hospital in the morning and evening sequence number, using random number table method were randomly divided into experimental group of 22 patients, the control group of 22 patients. All patients completed clinical observation.A total of 44 cases were treated, including 12 males and 10 females;aged 27-63 years(45.03±8.96 years);duration ranging from 6 months to 38 months(21.30±9.15months);control group : 13 males and 9 females;aged 27 to 61 years(45.92±8.77years);duration ranging from 6 months to 38 months(23.65±9.15 months).According to lumbar vertebral surgery segment, the experimental group consisted of 16 cases of L4-5 segment and 6 cases of L5-S1 segment. The control group consisted of 17 cases of L4-5 segment and 5 cases of L5-S1 segment.Next to the central type. Both groups of patients underwent minimally invasive endoscopic microsurgery with the same group of surgeons.During the operation, the nerve roots under pressure were examined, the affected nerves were relieved of mechanical compression, and the adhesions were separated and the ruptured annulus fibrosus was repaired.Instruct patient to wear waistline after admission for about 3 months.Three days after surgery, the patient was discharged from the hospital and was removed on the seventh day after surgery. The symptomatic persons were screened strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Those who met the conditions were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given 6ml neurotropin ivgtt,qd for 2w.Oral mecobalamin capsules, once 0.5mg,tid,medication 4w;the other day to give the lamp to pain, numbness site irradiation. The experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture again in the control group. The main points of Shenshu,Huanqun,Venezuela,Yanglingquan,Zusanli were selected. The local pain was acupoints for acupoints.14 d is a course of treatment,in which electro-acupuncture treatment for 10 days, free time, total treatment 4w.Two groups were recorded before treatment,2weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, painful VAS(visual analogue scale)score and improvement rate;before treatment,4 weeks after treatment, numbness VAS(visual analogue scale)score and improvement rate;before treatment, treatment After 4weeks,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and improvement rate. Results There were no significant differences in general data such as gender, age, duration of disease, and surgical stage between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in VAS(pain, numbness)score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS(pain)scores were significantly different between the two groups after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05);the VAS(numbness)scores and JOA scores after 4 weeks of treatment in each group were compared with those before treatment. There were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS(pain)score and JOA score at the same time point were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the improvement rate of VAS score was significant in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The intra-VAS(pain,numbness)scores gradually decreased with the increase of treatment time and had significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The JOA score improvement rate in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture has positive effects on residual pain and numbness in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The total effective rate of pain and numbness is 95.45% and 92.86%.The total effective rate of improving the symptoms of low back pain is 95.45%.The overall therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with conventional therapy is better than that of Western medicine alone, and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine should be clinically popularized.
