Objective:To observe the changes the changes of lumbar flexion and extension activity and maximum muscle strength before and after treatment based on Tergumed spinal evaluation training system(Lumbar neuromuscular function detection system),and the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide objective basis for the evaluation of the improvement of lumbar flexion and extension function of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by electroacupuncture.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 35 cases each. The treatment group was treated by electroacupuncture, while the control group was treated with intermittent traction therapy by electric traction bed.Two groups were treated once a day,6 times a week, one week as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. Before and after treatment,VAS score scale and Lumbar JOA score scale were used to compare the changes and differences of lumbar pain and lumbar function between the two groups,so as to assess whether there was difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups;before and after treatment,Tergumed system was used to compare the changes of lumbar flexion, extension activity and maximum muscle strength in the two groups and the differences between the two groups,so as to evaluate the differences for therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:1.Lumber VAS score: there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After two courses of treatment, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment, the inter group comparison for the VAS score of the two groups, the treatment group is better than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Lumbar JOA scale score: there was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After two courses of treatment, the JOA score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment, the JOA score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Lumbar function of Tergumed system:(1)Lumbar flexion activity: compared with before treatment, the two groups were significantly increased after two courses of treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Lumbar extension activity: compared with before treatment, the two groups were increased(P > 0.05).The treatment group was higher than the control group there, there was significant difference between the two groups after two courses of treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Maximum muscle strength of lumbar flexion: after two courses of treatment, the patients in the treatment group were significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05),while the patients in the control group had no difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)The maximum muscle strength of lumbar extension: after two courses of treatment, the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group, with a significant difference(P < 0.05).4.Treatment effect: the total effective rate was 94.11% in the treatment group and 81.81% in the control group. In the treatment group, the cure rate was 26.47%,the effective rate was 29.40%,the effective rate was 41.17%,and the unhealed rate was 5.88%;in the control group, the cure rate was 12.12%,the effective rate was 21.21%,the effective rate was 48.48%,and the ineffective rate was 18.18%.The treatment group was better than the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture and traction treatment can improve the lumbar VAS pain score and lumbar JOA scale score of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Electroacupuncture treatment is better than traction treatment.2.Electroacupuncture treatment and traction treatment have effect on the lumbar function of Tergumed system for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Electroacupuncture treatment can improve the activity of lumbar extension, the maximum muscle strength of lumbar flexion and lumbar extension which is better than the traction treatment.
