Clinical Observation Of ShentongZhuyu Decoction For Treating Residual Pain Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis By Ozone Intervention

Background Ozone intervention is one of the important means of treatment of LDH which is easy to operate,with immediate effect,low cost,less trauma.However,some patients have residual pain or recurrence.In order to improve the treatment effect of LDH,we used Shentong Zhuyu Decoction to treat the residual pain after LDH ozone intervention,and observed its efficacy.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation by ozone,analyze the mechanism of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of postoperative residual pain of LDH by ozone,and seek new ideas for the treatment of postoperative residual pain of LDH by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 90 cases of bone injury treated by ozone intervention from November 2021 to September 2022 in Yichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into Body pain Zhuyu decoction group,Cecoxib group and conventional treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was given postoperative routine treatment:postoperative routine care,supine position for 2 hours,mannitol injection 250 ml qd dehydration treatment,postoperative functional exercise.The celecoxib group was given oral celecoxib capsules 200 mg bid on the basis of conventional treatment for 14 days.Shentong Zhuyu decoction group was given Shentong Zhuyu decoction decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.VAS scores and JOA scores of each group were observed before surgery,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Results 87 cases were included,including 29 cases in the Shentong Zhuyu decoction group,28 cases in the celeoxib group and 30 cases in the conventional treatment group.There were no significant differences in age and gender among all groups(P > 0.05).VAS score and JOA score before treatment were not significantly different among all groups(P > 0.05).The effective rate was 96.6% in Shentongzhuyu decoction group,78.6% in crecoxib group and73.3% in conventional treatment group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).VAS score and JOA score after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).At 1 week after treatment,the VAS score of Shentong Zhuyu decoction group was lower than that of celecoxib group without significant difference(P >0.05),but higher than that of conventional treatment group with significant difference(P <0.05).At 1 week after treatment,the JOA score of Shentongzhuyu decoction group was higher than that of celecoxib group and conventional treatment group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The JOA score of celecoxib group 1 week after treatment was higher than that of conventional treatment group,and there was no significant difference(P >0.05).VAS score and JOA score at the same time point were compared among all groups at 2weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Shentongzhuyu Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of residual pain after ozone intervention of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type LDH.It has certain clinical promotion value in treating residual pain after ozone ablation of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis LDH type.
