Objective:To observe the effect of electro acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc hernia tion(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)the clinical curative effect of transforaminal endosc opic residual pain after surgery,to investigate the possible mechanism of electroacupu ncture therapy, may provide a new method of traditional Chinese medicine residual pa in treatment of postoperative intervertebral foramen mirror.Meathods:From June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital department of orthopedics dia gnosis, and in accordance with the surgical indications and the consent of the consent of the patient in the hospital successfully performed "residual pain in patients with tr ansforaminal endoscopic discectomy and after operation, the patients were randomly di vided into experimental group and control group by simple statistical software.Based on the same general treatment, experimental group after first days began to use acupu ncture Jiaji point,Shenshu,Huantiao,Yanglingquan Huantiao treatment, treatment frequ ency of once a day,six days for a course, two courses between the rest of the day,a total of two courses of treatment;the control group first days postoperatively given oral Imrecoxib treatment to the fourteenth day after operation. All patients were folio wed up for at least 3 months, compared two groups of patients after first days,7 day s,14 days,3 months visual analogue score(Visual Analogue,Scale,VAS)(Oswestry Dability Index lumbar dysfunction score,ODI),Japan(Japanese Orthopaedic Associatio n Scores Department of orthopedics Association,JOA)low back pain disease to evalu ate the therapeutic efficacy evaluation scale scores, statistical analysis, treatment results of two groups were compared.Results:1 There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, shedding cases and the distribution of lesions in the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS score:two gro ups comparison:treatment after the intervention, the VAS scores of the two groups w ere decreased, compared the two groups after first days and seventh days after surgery and postoperative day, after seventh days and fourteenth days after surgery, postopera tive fourteenth VAS third months after the VAS score, the difference is statistical sign ificance(P=0.000,P<0.05).Between the two groups after first days of contrast:the di fference of two groups was not statistically significant(P =0.772,P<0.05);seventh d ays after surgery were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P ?0.028,P<0.05);fourteenth days after surgery were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.022,P<0.05);after the surgery were statistically signif icant differences between the two groups of 3 month(P =0.004,P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups decreased with repeated measures analysis of variance, the tes t group was significantly lower than the control group, indicating that the treatment ef fect was due to the control group.3.ODI score:two groups comparison:treatment after the intervention, the ODI scores of the two groups were decreased, the two groups h ave statistical significance after first days and seventh days after surgery, after seventh days and fourteenth days after operation and postoperative fourteenth day after operat ion, third months after the difference(P =0.000,P<0.05).Between the two groups c omparison:the difference in the postoperative days between the first groups was not s tatistically significant(P =0.797,P>0.05);seventh days after surgery were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.028,P<0.05);fourteenth days after surgery were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.001,P<0.05);with statistical significance after third months two group differences(P =0.000,P<0.05).The ODI score of the two groups decreased with repeated measures analysis of variance, the test group was significantly lower than the control group, ind icating that the treatment effect was due to the control group.4 JOA score:two group s comparison:treatment after the intervention, the JOA scores of the two groups show ed an upward trend, the two groups have statistical significance after first days and se venth days after operation, seventh days and fourteenth days after surgery and surgery, postoperative seventh days after fourteenth days of difference(P =0.000,P<0.05).B etween the two groups comparison:the difference in the postoperative days between t he first groups was not statistically significant(P =0.632,P>0.05);seventh days after surgery were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P =0.021,P<0.05)fourteenth days after the surgery were statistically significant differences betwe en the two groups(P =0.000,P<0.05);with statistical significance after third months in two groups the difference(P =0.000,P<0.05).The JOA score of the two groups increased by repeated measures analysis of variance, the test group was significantly higher than the control group.5.The total effective rate was 84.62%in the experimenta 1 group and 68.97%in the control group. The clinical curative effect of the experime ntal group was better than that of the control group(P = 0.029,P<0.05),the differe nce was statistically significant Learning meaning. Conclusion:Electro acupuncture and oral administration of celecoxib had significant therapeuti c effect on residual pain after LDH,and the effect of electroacupuncture was better th an that of celecoxib.ti is worthy of clinical promotion.
