Objective Discussion on the analysis of the therapeutic effect of electric-acupuncture of “Jiaji Points” combined with Acupoint-application in treatment with lumbar disc herniation. Methods According to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria,90 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups: electroacupuncture at Jiaji points, acupoint application group, electroacupuncture at Jiaji points and acupoint application group(hereinafter referred to as electroacupuncture group, applicator group, and combination group),each group 30 cases. The electroacupuncture group adopts the treatment method of electroacupuncture at Jiaji points. After acupuncture at Jiaji points, the electroacupuncture device is turned on for 30 minutes, and once a day for a total of 10 days. The application group was treated with acupuncture points prepared by the hospital, and was applied for 6 hours a day, once a day for a total of 10 days. The combination group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji points combined with acupoint application, and was treated once a day for 10 days. The JOA lower back pain score and the VAS visual simulated pain score were recorded before and after treatment, and each case was comprehensively evaluated and scored. Results 1.There were no significant differences in JOA symptoms, clinical examination, and daily living function scores between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the JOA symptoms, clinical examination, and daily life function scores in the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in JOA self-consciousness,daily living function scores between the three groups after treatment. There was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the patch group(P>0.05);The JOA self-conscious symptoms, daily life function scores of the combination group were significantly higher than those of the electroacupuncture group and the application group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the JOA clinical examination scores between the electroacupuncture group and the combined group after treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups and the application group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There were no significant differences in the VAS score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the VAS score in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of VAS score between the three groups after treatment, there was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the patch group(P>0.05);VAS score in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the electroacupuncture group and the applicator group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of total response rates after treatment in three groups, there was no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the patch group(P>0.05);The combined group is compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The combination group was significantly better than the electroacupuncture group and the applicator group. Conclusion 1.The treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation with electroacupuncture at Jiaji points combined with acupoint sticking can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients compared with single electroacupuncture therapy, and the curative effect is better.2.Acupoint sticking therapy and electroacupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and the curative effect is worthy of recognition.
