Clinical Observation Of Qufenglishiqingre Recipe Decoction In The Treatment Of Perianal Eczema

Objective: Through the comparative study on the treatment of damp-heat perianal eczema by oral Qufenglishiqingre recipe combined with external use of Pevisone cream and single use peverson,To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral Qufenglishiqingre recipe,Discussion on the mechanism of Qufenglishiqingre recipe in the treatment of perianal eczema,To provide an objective theoretical basis for the treatment of perianal eczema by Oral Chinese medicine combined with external medicine.Methods: Selected patients diagnosed with damp-heat perianal eczema in The first affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,s anorectal from April 2017 to October 2017,A total of 60 cases,randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases per group,The treatment group was given oral Qufenglishiqingre recipe combined with external use of Pevisone cream,The control group was single given Pevisone cream.Record score after 28 days,Compare the degree of pruritus,the degree of moisture and exudation,the shape of lesions,the range of lesions and the differences with before treatment,and followed up one month later,Compare therelapse rate and quality of life index.Results: After 28 days of medication,The degree of pruritus,the degree of wet and exudate,the shape of lesion and the score of lesion range in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate and quality of life index were compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Proveing there is a statistical difference.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: After treatment,the symptom scores were compared before and after treatment,Clinical studies have shown that oral Qufenglishiqingre recipe combined with external use of Pevisone cream is more effective than single given Pevisone cream in the treatment of damp-heat perianal eczema.In terms of improving symptoms,eliminating signs,and recurrence rates,Oral Qufenglishiqingre recipetreatment of perianal eczema has obvious advantages,This study provides a new thinking and method for the treatment of perianal eczema with traditional Chinese medicine.
