Clinical Observation Of External Treating Eczema Of Hand And Foot With Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath.

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Ze Fu Washing Recipe on chapped eczema of hands and feet with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome.Methods:In this study,80 patients with chapped eczema of hands and feet meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group is externally applied with Ze Fu Washing Recipe(radix sophorae flavescentis,fructus cnidii,semen hydnocarpi,fructus cannabis,semen linseed,semen persicae,semen armeniacae amarum,and fructus zanthoxyli).the medicine is decocted into about 2000 ml of liquid.when the temperature of the liquid is 30?,the affected part is soaked in the liquid for 30 minutes twice a day.In the control group,urea ointment was applied directly to the affected area and rubbed twice a day.Take two weeks for a course of treatment.To record the morphology,area,itching degree and adverse reactions of skin lesions before and after treatment in detail.After treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.Comprehensive comparison shows that the effective rate of the treatment group is91.89%,and that of the control group is 71.43%.comparing the effective rates of the two groups,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and the treatment group is higher than the control group.The scores of subjective and objective symptoms in the two groups were compared before and after treatment respectively,and the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups had obvious improvement in subjective and objective symptoms after treatment.After treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms(pruritus)between the two groups were compared,and the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of subjective symptoms(pruritus)in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group.The comparison of objective symptom scores(HECSI scores)between the two groups after treatment showed that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of objective symptoms(HECSI scores)in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group.In the improvement of objective symptoms,the treatment group had nosignificant difference in desquamation and hypertrophy(P > 0.05),but had significant difference in chap and skin lesion area(P<0.05)compared with the control group.2.In terms of safety,the treatment group showed mild pigmentation on the normal skin of 2 patients.The patients were instructed to avoid strong light irradiation and pay attention to sun protection.The symptoms were relieved and the treatment was not stopped;One patient in the treatment group had slight tingling pain in the skin lesions after soaking in traditional Chinese medicine,communicated with the patient,and continued treatment without obvious discomfort.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.10%.No adverse reactions were found in the control group.Conclusion:Ze Fu Washing Recipe is effective in treating eczema rhagadia manus et pedis and can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients.Although some patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions,the adverse reaction rate was relatively low,and the symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment without affecting the treatment.
