Chinese Bubble Wash Plus Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream Outside The Rub Clinical Observation Eczema Treatment

Objective:Contrast the efficacy recurrence and safety of perianal eczema which treated by TCM prescription shizhen-soup and Kenacomb between treated by Pevisone.Methods:The study was made in30patients,15patients of the experimental group treated by TCM prescription shizhen-soup and Kenacomb,15patients of the control group was treated with Pevisone. All patients treated for two weeks, then evaluate the improvement of patients with symptoms signs and syndrome score.Results:15cases of the experimental group completed treatment,9cases was clinically cured, cure rate was60%, the obvious effect rate was40%, and the total effective rate of100%. All cases of the control group completed the experiment, total effective rate was86.7%,2cases was clinically cured, the cured rate was13.3%,4cases had the obvious effect(26.7%),effective was in7cases,the rate was46.7%,the null and void rate was13.3%. The experimental group itching score pain score and syndrome score compared with the score before treatment show P<0.05, statistically significant.2cases of the experimental group recurrence, the rate was13.3%, compared with the rate of the control group(46.7),P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM prescription shizhen-soup and Kenacomb topical treatment of perianal eczema was much better than treated by Pevisone, with higher cure rate, lower recurrence rate and had no side effect, is a significant effect of treatment with low recurrence rate.
