The Clinical Study Of Qing Shi Qu Du Decoction For The Fumigation To Damp Heat Syndrome Of Perianal Eczema

Background:Perianal eczema is a anal surrounding skin disesase which has the obvious tendency of exudation of inflammatory casued by multiple factors.The pathogensis of this disease remains unknown.The majority are in favor of the inter factors such as immune disorders,skin barrier dysfunction basis combined with a variety of external factors.With the impact of the disease incidence rate increasing year by year and the influence of life more and more obvious,the clinician treatment of perianal eczema have made progress.This paper studies clinical observation of Qingshiqudu decotion created by Professor Fan Zhimin on heat type of perianal eczema to prove traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment has certain advantage.Objective:This paper is aimed to prove theoretical basis for Qingshiqudu decotion through clinical observation of Qingshiqudu decotion on heat type of perianal eczema using hip bath. We also prove the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine hip bath Recipe on perianal eczema with the related index.Methods:40 cases of damp heat type of perianal eczema patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 20 cases and control group with 20 cases in each group, the treatment group with Qingshiqudu decotion and Pevisone coated, daily a agent, cent taken two times.The control group of Pevisone coated,2 weeks as a course of treatment, a total of a course of treatment. We observed symptoms quantitative score index,and the adverse reaction.before and after treatment for 1 weeks and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:The improvement of symptoms score was statistically significant (P<0.05). Qingshiqudu decotion plus Pevisone group and the single Pevisone group have a therapeutic effect, and Qingshiqudu decotion group+Pevisone group has better effect than single Pevisone group. In the aspect of the quality of life score was statistically significant (P<0.05), Qingshiqudu decotion plus Pevisone group and the single Pevisone group have a therapeutic effect,and Qingshiqudu decotion group+Pevisone group has better effect than single Pevisone group. The total curative effect:the effective rate of treatment group is 100%, control group is 95%.There is significant difference using chi square test. (P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingshiqudu decotion has a significant advantage combined with pevisone cream.At the same time, Qingshiqudu decotion also can improve the life quality of patients in a certain extent.
