The Clinical Study Of Xiongdan Xiaozhiling In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema

Objective: Through clinical observation,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiongdan Xiaozhiling in treating perianal eczema.Methods: The clinical cases collected in this clinical observation were 80 patients with chronic perianal eczema visited in the outpatient department of the Anorectal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to January 1,2020.Random number table method was used to divide into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Xiongdan Xiaozhiling for external use,and the control group was given Wudai ointment for external use,both twice a day,evenly covering the perianal skin lesions.21 days is the clinical observation period.During the treatment,all other drugs related to the disease are stopped,and the treatment effect is evaluated after the treatment.Follow up at the third month after treatment and record the recurrence.Results: There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender and weight between the treatment group and the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.The difference in condition scores between the two groups before and after treatment was significant,indicating that the two groups were partially The treatments were all effective,and the local treatment effect was evaluated.The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 81.01%.The effective rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.801>0.05).According to the TCM syndrome score table,there was no significant difference between the treatment effect of the treatment group(efficiency 97.22%)and the treatment effect of the control group(efficiency 94.59%)(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the follow-up treatment group(11.43%)was lower than that of the control group(31.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiongdanxiaozhiling is more effective in treating chronic perianal eczema than Wudai ointment in treating chronic perianal eczema,the treatment effect is not statistically significant,but Xiongdanxiaozhiling is more effective in treating chronic perianal eczema than Wudai ointment.Chronic perianal eczema has a low recurrence rate.Xiongdan Xiaozhiling can be used to treat chronic perianal eczema.
