| Purpose : Through the comprehensive retrieval of ancient and modern Chinese medicine treatment of perianal eczema literature,using statistical methods,summarized,summed up the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perianal eczema medication for clinical treatment and prescription medication to provide theoretical basis and data basis.Material and method:Respectively,"wet sores","leaching sore","wind sore","sitting plate sores","kidney capsule wind","hydrangea","valley itch" as the key word,Software,the directory search,obtained in the ancient literature;to "perianal eczema" as the main word to January 1,2007-January 1,2017 for the time range to CNKI for the database,to retrieve,literature.And then according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,screening out the eligible prescription.Using Excel2003 software,the establishment of prescription database,SPSS17.0 software for frequency analysis,summarize the law of perianal eczema.Results:1.This study screened 80 articles of ancient literature,146 prescriptions,165 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and 461 times of total reference frequency.278 modern literatures were selected,293 prescriptions,158 taste of Chinese medicine,total Reference frequency 2311 times.2.According to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine statistics,the ancient classification of drugs with 91 criteria,cited frequency of 300 times,which use the highest frequency of the top five drugs were: attack and insecticide antipruritic drugs(20.00%),heat medicine(15.67%),tonic drugs(10.33%),hemostatic drugs(6.67%),solution drugs(6.33%);modern classification of drugs in line with 133 taste,reference frequency 2272 times,which use the highest frequency of the top five drugs were: heat medicine(40.18%),attack and insecticide antipruritic drugs(10.74%),diuresis(8.63%),solution drugs(8.36%),tonic drugs(5.77%). 3.To the high frequency of drug statistics,the ancient contains 26 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,cited frequency 201 times,the reference frequency of 67.00%;modern contains 31 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,cited frequency 1865 times,the reference frequency of 82.09%.4.To Chinese medicine drug statistics,high-frequency drugs,ancient and modern applications are the most cold drugs.Which the ancient cold drug 10 taste,cited frequency 90 times,the reference frequency of 44.78%;modern cold drug 20 taste,reference frequency 1219 times,the reference frequency of 65.36%.5.To traditional Chinese medicine drug statistics,high frequency drugs,the ancient cited frequency from high to low were:acrid(44.78%),bitter(24.38%),sour(15.42%),sweet(7.96%),salty(7.46%);Modern reference frequency from high to low were:bitter(37.05%),acrid(33.14%),sweet(16.25%),sour(10.40%),salty(3.16%).6.According to the statistics of Chinese medicine,high frequency drugs,the ancient cited frequency from high to low were:The Liver Meridian/The Gallbladder Meridian(23.88%),The lung Meridian/The Large Intestine Meridian(23.38%),The kidney Meridian/The Bladder Meridian(22.39%),The Heart Meridian/The Small Intestine Meridian(16.92%),The Spleen Meridian/The Stomach Meridian(13.43%),The Pericardium Meridian/The Sanjiao Meridian(0);Modern reference frequency from high to low were:The kidney Meridian/The Bladder Meridian(28.42%),The Liver Meridian/The Gallbladder Meridian(26.33%),The lung Meridian/The Large Intestine Meridian(21.13%),The Spleen Meridian/The Stomach Meridian(16.94%),The Heart Meridian/The Small Intestine Meridian(7.18%),The Pericardium Meridian/The Sanjiao Meridian(0).Conclusion:1.Ancient and modern physicians on the understanding of perianal eczema roughly the same,that the occurrence of perianal eczema and physical weakness of the wind,heat,wet,insect poison and other evil related,so heat,solution table,detoxification,insecticide,itching,tonic Its main treatment principle. 2.Ancient and modern physicians treatment of perianal eczema attention to heat medicine,attack insecticide antipruritic drugs,tonic drugs and the application of the solution,and the ancient also pay attention to hemostatic,modern also pay attention to diuresis diuresis.3.Ancient and modern physicians treatment of perianal eczema are cold medicine to use the most,so heat is the primary principle
