ObjectiveBased on the cell model combining disease with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, through the establishment of cervical vertigo(CV)vascular endothelial cell injury model of blood stasis, the implementation of in vitro stimulation pressure massage, finally set up a Chinese medicine "combination of disease and syndrome characteristics of massage on cell mechanical loading model(cell model combined with massage disease);by different stimulus intensity and pressure of TanIIA Comparative Study on cell injury model induced by serum intervention, explore the simulation in vitro stimulate the circulation of blood pressure massage effect on cervical vertigo and blood stasis cell injury model.MethodChoose the criteria of cervical vertigo and blood stasis, blood stasis patients and 30 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the research object, after the treatment of the volume fraction of 10% serum medium damage during the logarithmic growth phase of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(CRL-1730),blank control group compared with the activity of cell morphology and endocrine function intracellular free calcium concentration and cell injury markers;the cell mechanical loading experiment to simulate one-dimensional mechanical massage technique, based on the pre experiment, set zero, low and high strength pressure stimulation, pressure stimulation group cells(including blood stasis syndrome group? Non blood stasis syndrome group, healthy group and the blank control group)arranged in a pressure device, and then moved to 37 DEG C containing a 5%CO2 incubator, and then compared with the non pressure stimulation group,at the same time of drug counterevidence experiments by Tan II A was used to test the endothelial cells of the experimental group and the control group, and the indexes were measured.Result1)comparison of cervical vertigo and blood stasis group and healthy group, the blood stasis group and healthy control group, cell morphological differences, but in cell activity, intracellular calcium concentration,NO,ET,1L-1 beta content and endothelium injury markers(vWF?TM?EPCR)were compared, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),cell morphology, activity, endocrine function and blood stasis control group were decreased, injury markers(vWF?TM?EPCR)were significantly increased;2)compared with the blood stasis syndrome of cervical vertigo in control group, the group of pressure group and dosing group cell shape change is not very obvious, but in cell activity, intracellular calcium concentration,NO content,ET ratio,1L-1 beta and endothelial injury markers(vWF?TM?EPCR)were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and cell morphology, activity and endocrine function under the stimulation of pressure increased, injury markers(vWF?TM?EPCR)decreased;3)blood stasis group and low cervical vertigo of cervical vertigo and blood stasis group, drug group compared with high pressure, low pressure group and dosing group cell shape change is not very obvious, but in cell activity, intracellular calcium concentration,NO content,ET ratio,1L-1 beta and endothelial injury markers(vWF?TM?EPCR)were compared, with statistical significance the difference(P <0.05),can effectively increase the cell activity and endocrine function, reduce cell damage marker content, and the low pressure group best effect than drug group.ConclusionThe establishment of cervical vertigo syndrome of blood stasis model of cervical vertigo patients with blood stasis syndrome and serum of human umbilical vein endothelial cells;through one-dimensional pressure stimulation massage function of the model, can effectively reduce the cell damage to the protective effect on endothelial cells;the low pressure stimulation effect is better than that of high pressure stimulation in drug reduction in and further proves that the effect of pressure to stimulate blood circulation.
