Objective To observe the cervical supine more adjust to conventional techniques and the clinical efficacy of massage treatment of cervical vertigo, and to explore the efficacy of cervical supine multiple basis and mechanism to adjust practices. It provides a clinical treatment of cervical vertigo safe and effective treatment methods. Methods Sixty patient cases met the criteria with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group on the basis of the randomised number table, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cervical vertebra with decubitus position of multi-directional adjustment, while the control group was treated with conventional massage. After treatment, Observed two groups of patients with bilateral vertebral artery Vs, Vd of carotid blood flow vertigo symptoms and functional integral change, then draw the conclusion through statistical analysis according to the data obtained.Results1. Cervical vertigo symptoms and functional integration: two groups of patients after treatment, symptoms and function of the total score and the points before the vertigo treatment were improved, so the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After two groups of patients treatment total score of symptoms and function, dizziness integration between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). It was explained that the two treatment methods can improve the patient’s symptoms and signs, symptoms and signs of improvement. But the observation group is better than the control group.2.TCD data: After the treatment, the two groups of patients with bilateral vertebral artery Vs, Vd value than before to improve the treatment, compared with before treatment within the group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), two groups of patients ending treatment after the bilateral vertebral artery Vs,Vd values were compared between groups by t test P value less than 0.01, with statistical significance.3. In terms of clinical efficacy: The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). It was explained that the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusions1. Cervical supine multidirectional adjustment technique will effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, and improve cervical vertigo symptoms and function.2.Cervical vertebra with decubitus position of multi-directional adjustment massage can increased the vertebral artery, then increased the blood-supply of the brain effectively.3. The multi-directional adjustment supine cervical manipulative therapy Cervical Vertigo clinical efficacy superior to conventional massage group, and is worthy of clinical application.
