ObjectiveBy observing and comparing the difference of Symptoms and Function Evluation Scale of Cervical Vertigo(ESCV)and serum endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO)levels in patients with cervical vertigo, evaluating the efficacy of manipulation combined with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling(FSN)in the treatment of cervical vertigo, exploring its possible mechanism provides evidence support for further clarifying the pathogenesis of cervical vertigo and improving the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods90 patients who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups:FSN group, manipulation group and combined group. The FSN group was treated with FSN,the manipulation group was treated with spinal treatment, the combined group was treated with FSN combined with manipulation treatment, the ESCV score before and after treatment and the change of serum ET-1 and NO concentration were recorded.Results1.Before treatment, the general data of the three groups of patients, such as sex, age, course of disease,ESCV score,ET-1,and NO concentration, were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison:the difference of ESCV score,ET-1,NO concentration in each observation point after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The ESCV score of the FSN group decreased significantly after 1 week after the end of treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the rest of the group(P>0.05).3.Comparison between groups:ET between the combined group and the FSN group at the end of treatment There was no significant difference in ESCV score and NO concentration(P>0.05)between the combined group and the FSN group(P<0.05).The difference in ET-1 concentration in the combined group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ET-1 concentration in the FSN group and the manipulation group(P>0.05).The effect comparison suggested that the combined group was better than the FSN group and the manipulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the FSN group and the manipulation group(P>0.05).During the treatment,no adverse events occurred in each group.ConclusionFSN group, manipulation group and combined group are all safe and effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo, which can regulate the concentration of ET-1 and NO in patients with cervical vertigo. The results suggest that soft tissue microcirculation disturbance may be involved in the onset of cervical vertigo.FSN can regulate balance between ET and NO,restore the blood perfusion of local soft tissue, improve circulation and relieve the symptoms of cervical vertigo by dispersing the superficial fascia subcutaneously.Manipulation can directly intervene in the relationship of cervical vertebrae structure, adjust the bony support of cervical vertebrae and the soft tissue around neck, thus the biological force of cervical vertebrae Study and reflex pathway effect, the curative effect of treating cervical vertigo is definite.FSN combination manipulation is considered from soft tissue level and bone structure level, which accords with the principle of "equal emphasis on muscles and bones",and the effect on cervical vertigo is more significant. If we can combine the principle of "equal emphasis on muscles and bones" with the new technology and combine the various advantages,we will effectively improve the therapeutic effect and recommend the promotion. |
