Clinical Research Of Acupoint Application Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine For Children With Allergic Rhinitis Of Deficiency-weakness Of Spleen-qi

ObjectiveThrough clinical research,to know the effectiveness,safety and superiority of acupoint application combined with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis of deficiency-weakness of spleen-qi,and provide some clinical evidence for treatment.MethodsThe 90 children who meet the criteria of this study are randomly divide into groups A?B and C.Group A are treated with acupoint application combined with traditional chinese medicine,the ingredients of acupoint application include semen brassicae?asarum?spina gleditsiae?ephedra,ground to powder at 1:1:1:1 ratio and mix with honey,stick on the two sides of Zhusanli?Sanyinjiao?Feishu and Pishu acupoint,one hour each time,once every other day.Chinese medicine decoction is based on Sijunzi decoction and Cang'erzi powder,one dose a day.Group B are treated with loratadine tablets(> 12 years old or weight > 30 kg children,one tablet a time;weight ? 30 kg,half a tablet a time;1 time per day)combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray(one spray a nostril,one time a day).Group C only treated with chinese medicine decoction.Four weeks for a course of treatment.Observe and record the score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and follow-up three months after the treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of group A?B and C is 93.3%?96.6% and 90.00% respectively,the differences in total efficacy between the three groups are not statistically significant.From the improvement of the main symptoms and signs,there is no statistically significant differencebetween group A and group B.However,the total score of the main symptoms and signs in group A is lower than that in group C,the difference is statistically significant;there is no significant difference in nasal itching,sneezing,nasal congestion and physical signs,but there is a significant difference in nasal discharge;this indicate that group A is better than group C in improving the main symptoms and signs,especially in improving nasal discharge.And group A is better than group C in improving symptoms of TCM,and the difference was statistically significant.The follow-up recurrence rate after 3 months is: group A 13.3%?group B 36.7%and group C 16.7%.The recurrence rate of group A is lower than group B,and the difference is statistically significant.During the treatment,two children with mild narcolepsy appear in group B,the symptom is relieved after adjusting the medication time,and other children have no obvious adverse reactions.ConclusionAcupoint application combined with traditional chinese medicine to treat children's allergic rhinitis of deficiency-weakness of spleen-qi have remarkable curative effect,the recurrence rate is low,no obvious adverse reaction,and the operation is simple?convenient and quick?painless and noninvasive,children with good compliance.
