Observe The Clinical Effect Of Press-Needle Combinedwith Traditional Chinese Medicine For Tretment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of press-needle combinedwith traditional Chinese medicine in treating of allergic rhinitis(biqiu-lung and spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods:Between January and December of 2016,we collectes 60 patients with allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Then randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The observation group was treated by press-needle and traditional Chinese medicine(Rhinitis No.1),the control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine(Rhinitis No.1).10 days for a course of treatment,observation time for 2 courses.Results:1.The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.By ridit analysis P>0.05,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,both the observation group and control group shows similar efficacy after treatment.2.The symptoms and signs of the observation group before and after treatment,by t test P<0.05,there are significant difference,that is press-needle combinedwith the traditional Chinese medicine have significant effect in improving symptoms and signs.3.The symptoms and signs of the control group before and after treatment,by t test P<0.05,there are significant difference,that is the traditional Chinese medicine have significant effect in improving symptoms and signs.4.Between the two groups after treatment,for the points of eat less appetite and shortness of breath lazy,by t test P<0.05,indicating that the efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group in these two symptoms.The rest of the symptoms and signs of integral,by t test P>0.05,there are no significant difference,the efficacy of the two groups is quite different in other symptoms and signs.Conclusion:Press-needle with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis(biqiu-lung and spleen deficiency syndrome),and it is compared with pur Chinese medicine has quite effective in improving the main symptoms and signs,but the efficacy is better than simple Chinese medicine in the secondary disease about eating less appetite,shortness of breath lazy words.
