Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal acuuncture combined with rhinitis No.1 in the treatment of nasal snore(pulmonary and spleen-qi deficiency type),and compare it with traditional Chinese medicine group,to explore the clinical efficacy and treatment mechanism of nasal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nasal snore(pulmonary and spleen-qi deficiency type). Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with rhinorrhea(pulmonary and spleen-qi deficiency type)were diagnosed in the outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology.According to the principle of randomization and control, they were divided into two groups:observation group(30 patients)with intranasal needle combined with rhinitis No.1 and control group(30 patients)with rhinitis No.1 only applied.By observing the symptoms and signs scores of two groups of patients, the changes of clinical indicators were observed before treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment, and the advantages of nasal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease were analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00%and 76.67%,respectively.The results of rank sum test analysis(P<0.05)showed a significant difference. That is to say,the effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group.2.Before and after treatment, all the observation indexes were analyzed by rank sum test(P<0.05),that is to say,the two treatment schemes have significant effect in improving all the observation indexes.3.After 14 days of treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving the symptom scores of sneezing, eating less than normal, inferior turbinate(P<0.05),that is,the observation group had a better effect than the control group. The other observation indexes were analyzed by rank sum test(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference, that is to say,the two schemes had the same effect in improving these indexes. Conclusion:At the end of the first course of treatment, the effect of intranasal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine was similar to that of traditional Chinese medicine alone. At the end of the second course, the effect of intranasal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.
