Objective: This article is to observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder)in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung-spleen qi.Methods: From March 2019 to December 2019,48 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the ENT clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 24 example. The observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yuping dispersion),warm acupuncture was treated once a week, and traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng powder),daily 1 dose,decoction,3 times a day, warm after meals, continuous treatment for 3 weeks. The control group was only treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder),1 dose daily,decoction,3 times a day, warm after meals, continuous treatment for 3 weeks.Short-term follow-up was performed at the end of treatment and 2 months after the end of treatment. The main subjective measures were the clinical symptom rating scale(TSS),total nasal symptom score(TNSS),and accompanying symptom evaluation form(TNNSS)for allergic rhinitis.Efficacy evaluation index, taking turbinate swelling degree of nasal endoscopy as objective observation index, observe and analyze the safety and effectiveness of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for AR.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.6% at the end of treatment, and the total effective rate was 79.1% in the control group. The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant by rank sum test P <0.05,which is statistically significant(Table 2-1).Two months after the end,the total effective rate in the observation group was 79.2%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%.The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups was not significant by rank sum test P >0.05(Table 2-2).2.Results of nasal symptom scale(TNSS),clinical symptom rating scale(TSS)and concomitant symptoms(TNNSS)of allergic rhinitis: the scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment and before and after 2 months decreased, and all were statistically significant(P <0.05).The difference in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. And the difference before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),but before and after 2months was not(P>0.05).3.Grade of turbinate swelling: The scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment, and before and after 2 months after treatment, and both were statistically significant(P <0.05).The difference in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),but before and after 2months was not(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome scores: The scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment, and before and 2 months after the end of treatment, and both were statistically significant(P <0.05).At the end of treatment, the difference in the observation group was significantly higher. In the control group, the comparison of the efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant. The scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment, and before and after 2 months after treatment, and both were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups after 2 months treatment,(P >0.05).Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yuping Dispersion)can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of lung and spleen qi deficiency allergic rhinitis in the short term, and the effect is better than that of Chinese medicine alone. However, with the improvement of the overall constitution of the patients, there was no significant difference in the long-term efficacy between the two groups.
