medicine or Chinese and Western Medicine".Select"Subject" in the search column,"Fuzzy" in the matching column,"Time" in the sorting method,and the rest of the options are default values.Screen the effective literatures,expert academic thoughts,and basic experimental researches for the treatment of allergic rhinitis or allergic rhinitis based on clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide literature on the effective treatment of allergic rhinitis or allergic rhinitis.Exclude patients suffering from allergic rhinitis and other complications.After extracting the documents,read the documents,strictly follow the inclusion criteria,screen out unqualified and duplicate documents,sort out qualified in allergic rhinitis The law of application.Results:1.Regarding the application law of Chinese medicine,using software data mining methods,105 Chinese medicines were used in the 111 prescriptions included this time,and the cumulative frequency of use was 645 times.Among them,the top 10 drugs used frequently are:Astragalus,Licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Fangfeng,Angelica,Xinyi,Peppermint,Qianghuo,Perilla,Platycodon grandiflorum;this study found that the prescription for the treatment of allergic rhinitis uses warm-natured drugs are the most common,followed by mild-natured drugs,cool-natured drugs and cold-natured and hot-natured drugs are less frequently used;the five flavors of drugs are in the order of sweet,pungent,bitter,astringent,salty,and sour;The lung,spleen,stomach,heart and liver meridians have more drugs,while the other 12 meridians are used less frequently.The drug combinations with a frequency of more than 45 are:licorice+xinyi,xinyi+astragalus,licorice+astragalus,xinyi+coix seed,licorice+fangfeng,licorice+atractylodes,etc.It can be seen from the correlation that in the prescriptions for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,Poria cocos is often combined with Peppermint,Poria cocos is often combined with White lentils,Panax ginseng is often combined with Coix seed,Forsythia is combined with Coix seed,Poria cocos is combined with Angelica dahurica,and Poria cocos is often combined with Astragalus.2.Dietary application:This study uses electronic book retrieval,manual retrieval and access to 20 books and 45 papers.The collected books and documents range from the Han Dynasty to modern times.The TCM dietary prescriptions for the treatment of allergic rhinitis may be related to allergic rhinitis.A total of 44 dietary prescriptions related to TCM diet therapy were collected.After excluding those with the same name or group,39 prescriptions remained.In TCM allergic rhinitis,the cumulative frequency of the two types of drugs,namely,anti-epidermic and tonic drugs,reached 39.09%and 41.82%,respectively.They are the main drugs of TCM dietary therapy for allergic rhinitis and play an important role in clinical diet therapy.Among the tonic drugs,qi is the main one,accounting for 76.08%of the frequency of use of tonic drugs,which shows that allergic rhinitis pays attention to qi in the diet of Chinese medicine.The cumulative frequency of Ping and Wen two drugs can reach 86.36%,which constitute the main four gas drugs in the dietary prescriptions for allergic rhinitis in Chinese medicine.Among them,the highest frequency of use of mild drugs is 70.91%,and that of flat drugs accounted for 15.45%,indicating that from the perspective of the four qi,the two types of drugs are mainly used in daily diet therapy.The cumulative frequency of the two types of drugs,Gan and Xin,reached 42.45%and 38.13%.They are the main five-flavored drugs that constitute the dietary prescriptions for allergic rhinitis in Chinese medicine.Sweet medicine is used most frequently,followed by pungent taste,and bitter taste in the third,indicating that from the perspective of five tastes,and these three types of drugs play a role in clinical treatment.The meridian medications are mainly in the lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,and large intestine meridian.They are the main meridian drugs in the dietary prescriptions for postpartum hypolactiny in traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the lung meridian medicine is used most frequently,31.91%,followed by the spleen meridian 24.47%,the stomach meridian 18.09%,and the kidney meridian 9.57%.Conclusions:1.In terms of the rules of traditional Chinese medicine:(1)From the number of components,the traditional Chinese medicines used to treat allergies have fewer traditional Chinese medicines,and the most frequent use of flavors that are light and thin is the highest.The characteristics of the medication are consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that the nose is upper coke,and the principle of treating "up coke as feathers,but not lightly" is consistent,suggesting that the number of medicines used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis should not be too much.xinyi et al.(2)From the medicinal properties of high-frequency drugs,warm-natured drugs are more common,both for dispersing external colds such as xinyi and Angelica dahurica,indicating that ancient doctors believe that the disease is closely related to the evil of wind cold.In addition,a small number of high-frequency medicines such as astragalus et al in the high-frequency medicine,which is related to the Chinese medicine’s understanding of "the evil will make up the Qi,"and from the modern research point of view,Many have pharmacological effects to enhance the human immune function,which can improve the allergic constitution of the human body.(3)From the perspective of drug compatibility,commonly used medicines for treating allergic rhinitis include asarum,chuanxiong,licorice,and fangfeng.Among them,asarum can be used to expel wind and dispel cold,relieve pain,warm lungs and drink,and chuanxiong has blood circulation and vitality.The effect of expelling wind and relieving pain is known as "qi in blood",both of which are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine,both of which are rich in volatile oil.Compatible applications can solve the problems of stagnation of the nasal qi and obstruction of the meridians.It is an important ingredient in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.2.Application of diet therapy:(1)Investigation of medication laws:Analysis of the nature of the drugs,mostly Xin San Wen Yang.Xuan Sanfei can increase the spleen and kidney qi to restore the body balance;Sanqi can be used to promote nasal air flow through nasal occlusion.From the analysis of meridian meridian,the lung meridian is the main,followed by the spleen,stomach,kidney,large intestine meridian and the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.(2)According to the analysis of the characteristics of the prescription,astragalus,ginger,scallion,jujube,fangfeng,baizhu,Angelica dahurica,and licorice are the most frequently occurring drugs,which can stimulate the qi of the meridians to pass through the nose.Astragalus is sweet and slightly warm.Spleen and lung meridian,function and benefit invigorating qi for consolidating superficies,used for deficiency of qi in lungs,can both enter the lungs and nourish lung qi,so as to replenish qi,restore physique and prevent recurrence;ginger is warm,has the effect of relieving external syndrome.There are many external syndromes when rhinitis occurs.Ginger can resolve the external syndrome.Scallion has the effect of sweating and relieving the yang.Angelica dahurica has strong power to disperse nasal qi;fangfeng is sweet,pungent and lukewarm,the bladder meridian,liver,Spleen Meridian,invigorating qi and consolidation of exterior;Atractylodes is sweet,bitter,warmth,returning to the Spleen and Stomach Meridian,nourishing Qi and strengthening the spleen,antiperspirant,used for insufficiency of qi,expressing deficiency and spontaneous sweating,its effect is similar to Astragalus but less powerful Zhigancao is good for nourishing qi and nourishing yin,moisturizing the lungs,reconciling various medicines.Allergic rhinitis clinically needs to examine the cause and seek the basis,dialectical meals,multi-purpose TCM differentiation and classification,and the application of drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage for allergic rhinitis by invigorating qi and blood,dispersing cold and relieving symptoms,and providing meals based on syndrome differentiation.Allergic rhinitis is a common clinical disease.In recent years,Chinese and Western medicine treatments have made great progress,but the current clinical recurrence rate is still high.In Western medicine,further research on related molecular immunology can be carried out,combined with evidence-based medicine and clinical experience,to develop new treatment methods and drugs.The academic thinking of Chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis can be described as "a hundred schools of thought contend and a hundred flowers bloom".It adheres to the overall concept,treats according to the individual,and treats according to syndrome differentiation.There is still a lot of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of responsive rhinitis,which is a valuable asset of the Chinese nation,but how to pass on the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners and scientific understanding still requires our unremitting efforts.Through the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform system,multi-angle and multi-level association and integration can be realized.This study conducted in-depth analysis based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,association rule standardization,and TCM treatment of allergic rhinitis,which confirmed TCM inheritance.The auxiliary platform system has important practical value for
