Clinical Observation On Analgesic Effect Of Spirit Turtle Eight Method On Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of spirit turtle eight method in the analgesic effect of primary liver cancer,and to provide a feasible basis for the clinical application and popularization of the therapy.Methods: A total of 60 patients with mild and moderate primary liver cancer who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups by using a randomized parallel control method.Experimental group(spirit turtle eight method+painkiller treatment),and control group(Painkillers).The control group was treated with basic analgesic regimen,that is,the corresponding analgesic treatment according to the pain degree of the patients,The experimental group was treated with basic treatment scheme combined with spirit turtle eight method.Once a day for 7 times as a course of treatment,make statistics after a course of treatment.Observe the curative effect,analgesic effect time,analgesia duration,quality of life(KPS,kakis),the difference of adverse reaction of the two groups after a course of treatment,.The statistical software of SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 26.67%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.After the course of treatment,the average value of the score for the quality of life(KPS,kakis)in the experimental group was 65.67+10.40,and the average value of the quality of life(KPS,kakis)in the control group was 60.33 +8.50.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The score of the quality of life(KPS,kakis)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The average onset time of analgesia in the experimental group was 1.29+0.75 hours.The average onset time of analgesia in the control group was 1.86+0.73 hours.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the onset time of analgesia in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group.The average duration of analgesia in the experimental group was 17.83+4.85 hours.The average duration time of analgesia in the control group was 13.72+3.83 hours.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the analgesic effect in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group.The experimental group of 30 patients with 1 cases of nausea and vomiting,3 cases of dizziness and headache,constipation in 4 cases,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in 26.67% patients.In the control group,5 cases of nausea and vomiting,dizziness and headache in 8 cases,constipation in 12 cases,the incidence of adverse reactions was 83.33%.The adverse reaction rate in control group is higher than the experimental group.Conclusion: 1.spirit turtle eight method combined with analgesic drugs in analgesic effect of primary liver cancer is better than the use of painkillers alone.2.The onset time of spirit turtle eight method in the analgesic treatment of primary liver cancer began early,analgesia effects lasted a long time.3.spirit turtle eight method can reduce the adverse reactions caused by the simple use of painkillers in the treatment of primary liver cancer cancer pain.4.Simple and effective anti-cancer pain method can improve the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer,which is worthy of further clinical application.
