It is well known that acupuncture can be used to treat strokes,but how to maximize the effectiveness of acupuncture is ignored by many.As a representative of acupuncture and moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually moved to the world,serving the vast majority of the domestic and international students.But what is the most authentic traditional Chinese medicine?How do you get the best clinical benefit from acupuncture?Using acu-puncture to treat stroke as an example,how can acupuncture be used to maximize its effec-tiveness?There is no doubt that,based on a succession huangdi neijing famous doctor of tra-ditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and in the history of the classic,on the basis of innovation to avoid "madrassa reflected,non-existent".The Chinese medical system built by the yellow emperor is itself an emphasis on time and space,which explores the mysteries of the health of the human body and its state of dis-ease.The so-called "People are naturally corresponding",emphasizes human qi and Yin and Yang and the five elements such as climate,the moon and sun is closely related to the natural law,on the basis of this rule,select the corresponding point in time,cure disease and improve curative effect.Therefore,the theory and methods of "timely medicine" and "meridional cir-culation" in traditional Chinese medicine are necessary to further study.Therefore,this study choose almost lost the spirit of the turtle eight method for acupuncture treatment,observe its effect on the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,lay the foundation for the further research in the future.Objective:The clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is pre-liminarily observed in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which will lay the groundwork for further systematic study.Methods:From April 2016 to January 2017 in xuzhou city traditional Chinese acupunc-ture and moxibustion encephalopathy outpatient and ward of patients with acute ischemic stroke,and will be included in the standard of 80 patients,according to the random number table method is divided into spirit turtle eight method group and ordinary acupuncture group,each group of 40 patients with various selection,treatment for 10 days.Before and after treatment by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy emer-gency cooperative stroke diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard of scale(second generation)[1]for patients with curative effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of ADL scores of patients daily life ability to assess,to evaluate the spirit turtle eight the effectiveness of the method for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Statistical analysis of data with SPSS 20.0.Results:(1)the spirit turtle eight method the treatment group with common acupuncture control group of patients with acute ischemic stroke has better clinical curative effect,contrast before and after their differences statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke TCM symptom score were improved(P<0.05),and the spirit turtle eight method curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine than ordinary acupuncture group significantly.(3)in terms of improvement of ADL scores in patients with acute ischemic stroke,both groups can improve the patients' daily life ability,but a turtle eight method is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).(4)in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients,there is no adverse reaction,which is more advantageous than the normal acupuncture treatment,and is worthy of widespread clinical popularization and use.Conclusion:The method can improve the symptoms of acute ischemic stroke and the ability of daily life,and the clinical application is safe and feasible.Its mechanism of action is combined with the natural view of time,heaven corresponding,dredge meridian qi and blood,to reconcile the Yin and Yang,so as to improve clinical symptoms,improve the ability of dai-ly activity,the purpose of deeper study for the future work laid a certain foundation.
