Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Peri-menopausal Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency By Acupuncture At The Eight Points Of The Turtle

Objective: To observe the spirt turtle eight method with conventional dialectical find method for perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney clinical curative effects,and for the treatment of certain clinical basis for clinical application.Methods: According to the principle of completely randomized,this study adopts the method of random parallel control.60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome,were divided into spirit turtle eight method and dialectical find group,30 cases in each group.Spirit turtle eight acupoint selection method of group spirit turtle eight open hole,according to the patient's treatment time to figure out when to open the eight pulse rendezvous point,then acupuncture san yin jiao point(double),taixi point(double),tai chong point(double).Control group to find: baihui point,guanyuan point,san yin jiao point(double),taixi point(double),tai chong point(double),fengchi point(double).Above the hole for acupuncture treatment,The next day,10 times for 1 course of treatment,treatment of three period of treatment.Separately on the basis of the criteria to assess each patient's symptom scores before and after treatment and the dynamic change of sex hormone levels.Results: According to the grading standard analysis,the spirt turtle eight method :Cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 18 cases,effective in 6 cases,1case,the total effective rate 96.67% conventional dialectical find group:1 case was cured,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in4 case,the total effective rate was 86.67%.Two groups of treatment has obviouseffect,and is superior to the score before treatment.But curative effect comparison between the two groups,spirit turtle eight method curative effect is superior to conventional dialectical find group,patients' clinical symptoms was obviously improved,and the comparison between the two groups,The cure rate,the comparison between the two groups,P <0.01,Ling turtle eight law group also significant advantages.The improvement of the hormone levels after treatment,there is statistical significance.Conclusion:The spirit turtle eight method can effectively wipe out not only perimenopausal syndrome but also serum sex hormones level of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and in the conventional acupuncture points on the basis of acupuncture with the spirit of eight open method can improve the liver and kidney yin deficiency type of perimenopausal syndrome clinical efficacy.
