Spirit Turtle Eight Methods In The Treatment Of The Phelegm-wet Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Clinical Research

Objectives:The main purpose of the treatment is to cure the phelegm-wet type polycystic ovary syndrome and observe the clinical curative effect with simple catgut embedding therapy by observing and making a comparison of eight methods of Intelligent Turtle combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The above two metholds have been observed and compared through clinical research,the objectives is to determine the clinical curative effect in the treatment of the phelegm-wet type polycystic ovary syndrome and optimize clinical treatment plan in order that a set of new ideas is provided for the clinical treatment.Methods: 86 cases were randomly divided into the spirit turtle eight method combined with catgut implantation group(hereinafter referred to as the turtle group) and the simple catgut implantation group(catgut embedding group) according to the random control principle, including 41 cases of the spirit turtle group,and 39 cases of catgut embedding group treated actually. Spirit turtle group was treated with acupuncture point burying line and selecting eight pulse rendezvous point for ordinary acupuncture treatmen according to the spirit turtle eight methods. Catgut embedding group was treated with catgut embedding therapy.The two group have selected the same catgut embedding therapy. Such are as follows: they were operated in in the pole, Hegu,Sanyinjiao, Fenglong, Yin Ling Quan.Operation: acupoint catgut embedding operation. embedded wire operation iwas often engaged after routine disinfection, intercepting appropriate length line to bury. the line eventually was left in embedded wire points(stayed under the skin and muscle layer, the subcutaneous fat layer), pull out the embedded wire needle after the line being buried,and then press immediately the pinhole with a sterile dry cotton for a momentin order to avoid pinhole massive bleeding, after that, using the medical infusion pasted on the surface of the affected area. In addition to choosing buried line quad points,the turtle group was also done with ordinary acupuncture on eight rendezvous point of arteries and veins on both sides in accordance with the spirit turtle eight methods.Acupuncture manipulation methods: instructing patients in supine position, using elastic needle puncture after routine disinfection, Do not provid in twirling manipulation reinforcin reducing flat until the needle being acupunctured and gaining gas, retaining the needle for30 min. The operating of burying line was done once a week and 12 weeks of continuous treatment. Acupuncture treatment was done once a day and 12 weeks of continuous treatment.With SPSS statistical software,the two groups of patients were compared in recording waist circumference, Body Mass Index(BMI), F-G score, acne score, and the basal body temperature, laboratory index(sex hormone and blood lipid) before and after treatment(after12 weeks of treatment), analying the difference of stabilization before and after treatment until the difference of curative effects in two groups was determindedResult:(1) Before treatment, the two groups of patients with menstrual cycle, clinical symptom score, basal body temperature distribution of no statistical difference can be compared; the laboratory indexes(sex hormone and blood lipid)are the same. They can also be compared.(2) Compared with two groups of patients after treatment, waist circumference, BMI,hair, acne scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05), which showed that the two groups of patients had achieved good curative effect;(3) Comparison of laboratory indexes, Luteinizing Hormone(LH)、Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)、LH/FSH and Testosterone(T) in two groups of patients after treatment were significantly decreased, which indicated that the two groups of patients achieved good therapeutic effect;(4) From the two groups after the treatment of patients in comparison of data, P < 0.05(with the exception of hirsutism score), indicating that the overall therapeutic effect achieved in the turtle group is better than the catgut embedding group.(5) Comparing the total effect of two groups of patients after treatment, efficiency respectively : Turtle group(82.9%) and catgut embedding group 62.2%. The data shows statistical significance(P < 0.05), indicating that the overall therapeutic effect achieved in the turtle group was significantly better than the catgut embedding group.Conclusion:(1) And eight methods of spirit turtle with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of the phelegm-wet type polycystic ovary syndrome have significant clinic curative effect,they have advantages of a short course of treatment, the higher adherence,further more, eightmethods of spirit turtle with catgut embedding therapy have better effects than traditional catgut embedding therapy.(2) Eight methods of intelligent turtle with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of the phelegm-wet type polycystic ovary syndrome can make blood flourishing for the duration of the eight extra meridians more effective by using three dialectical time choosing acupuncture, they can also play a role in improving the body of LH, FSH, LH / FSH, t content and increasing the clinical efficacy.
