Objective:The study is to be expected to provide a new acupuncture treatment for primary intercostal neuralgia.By comparing with ordinary acupuncture therapy,meanwhile the efficacy is determined and analyzed after treatment.It can provide a practical and effective treatment method for relieve the pain of patients and improve the patient's life quality by using the method of acupuncture by dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and regulating the spirit.Methods:According to the order of the patient's participation,the 60 patients are randomly divided into two groups of each 30 cases.The acupuncture by dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and regulating the spirit and ordinary acupuncture.The selection acupuncture points of the former are Baihui(DU 20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Shenting(DU 24),Benshen(GB 13),Yintang(DU 29),Neiguan(PC 6),Taichong(LR 3),Ashi points;The selection acupuncture points of the latter are Qimen(LR 14),Zhigou(SJ 6),Yanglingquan(GB 34),Taichong(LR 3),Ashi points.After two weeks of treatment,the results are evaluated.Besides,the visual analogies VAS score and Mc Gill pain rating scale are observed before and after treatment.Results: 1.It shows that there is a significant difference between the VAS score and the Mc Gill pain score before and after treatment(P<0.05)through the group's internal comparison,while there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).2.There is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment on the feeling(P>0.05).However,the difference between the two groups on the emotional side after treatment is significant(P < 0.05),which is statistically significant.The results shows that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the mood of patients.3.The total effective rate is 90.0% in the treatment group while 83.3% in the control group.The difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusion: The results shows that the group of acupuncture by dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and regulating the spirit is particularly significant in improving the negative emotions of patients. |
