Clinical Study On Spirit Turtle Eight Method With Acupoint Injection For Blood Deficiency On Oligomenorrhea

Objective:This clinical observation study in traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of harmony theory,combined with modern scientific statistical method,by using spirit turtle eight open hole with acupoint injection in the treatment of blood deficiency on oligomenorrhea,observe its clinical curative effect,the paper mainly discusses the turtle spirit the advantages of acupuncture in the treatment of the time of 8 method,hope to provide useful reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:A total of 60 cases with oligomenorrhea were recruited from First affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,and randomly divided into spirit turtle eight method with acupoint injection group(30 cases)and medicine therapy group(30 cases).Continuous variables were list as mean and standard error,compared using t-test or Wilxon rank test between experimental group and control group;Categorical variable was compared with Chi-square tests between experimental group and control group.Results:There were no statistical difference in age,gender Height and weight waist course of main symptoms between treatment group and control group.After the first course,the total effective rate was 60.0%,20.0%were clinical recovery,23.3%were markedly effective,16.7%were effective in treatment group,the total effective rate was 50.0%,6.7%were clinical recovery,13.3%were markedly effective,30.0%were effective in control group,there was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups(p=0.24),the rate of clinical recovery was no statistically different(p=0.13).After the second course,the total effective rate was 83.3%,40.0%were clinical recovery,26.7%were markedly effective,16.7%were effective in treatment group,the total effective rate was 70.0%,16.7%were clinical recovery,16.7%were markedly effective,36.7%were effective in control group,there was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups(p=0.03),the rate of clinical recovery was statistically different(p=0.04).After the third course,the total effective rate was 96.7%,50.0%were clinical recovery,30.0%were markedly effective,16.7%were effective in treatment group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,23.3%were clinical recovery,20.0%were markedly effective,36.7%were effective in control group,there was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups(p=0.01),the rate of clinical recovery was statistically different(p=0.03).In alleviating symptoms,symptoms after the first course of treatment group total score dropped from 6.04 to 4.05(p<0.01),control group dropped from 6.14 to 4.78(p<0.01),the control group and treatment group difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Symptoms after the second course of treatment group total score dropped to 3.31,the control group was 4.19,the control group and treatment group difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);Symptoms after the third course of treatment group total score was 2.49,the control group was 3.91,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).After three courses of treatment,compared with the patients before treatment,the symptom of menstrual quantity integral,dizziness,pulse fine,stomach empty fall,heart palpitations palpitation,sallow complexion,tongue reddish in treatment group were improved.After three courses of treatment group,compared with the patients before treatment,the symptom of menstrual quantity integral,abdomen empty pendant,palpitations palpitation,sallow complexion,dizziness were improved,while there were no statistical difference among the tongue reddish,pulse fine.Conclusions:Both spirit turtle eight method with acupoint injection therapy and medicine therapy showed good curative effect on the systemic symptoms in the patients with blood deficiency on oligomenorrhea,while the spirit turtle eight method with acupoint injection had a better and comprehensive therapeutic effect than medicine therapy.Compared with the medicine therapy,with the increase of treatment,the treatment of spirit turtle eight method with acupoint injection had obvious advantages,the general symptoms were improved,menstrual quantity roughly returned to normal.The treatment of spirit turtle eight method with acupoint injection was effective for blood deficiency on oligomenorrhea,the operation is simple,effective,quick,smaller side effects and curative effect is distinct,which has great clinical significance for the treatment of blood deficiency on oligomenorrhea.
