Regional Public Hospitals Performance Management System Based On Business Intelligence

Along with the fast development of the internal computer technology,the application of business intelligence(BI)technology in the medical market promotes the rapid development of the domestic medical information.At the same time,the national policy pays more and more attention to the performance evaluation of the public hospitals and the construction of medical data information.And it is an inevitable trend of the modern information construction to manage and analyze the performance and realize the decisionsupport of the information data of the public hospitals in the region.This paper designs a complete and more perfect function regional public hospital performance management system based on the need research of the health management organizations about the public hospital performance evaluation in the early.Moreover,it analyzes the performance index data by using the business intelligence technology.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the performance appraisal management needs of the public hospitals,which should meet the currently establishment of regional health management organizations needs,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of current widely used C/S and B/S architecture,then choose to use the B/S mode to finish the network architecture design of the performance management system on the Windows platform.So it realizes the simple maintenance of the system and the user could easily login system or access to system;and design the concept model,logical structure and physical structure of the center database based on the demand analysis of the database.(2)To obtain more visual,intelligent results of the performance index analysis,and provide the decision support basis,the performance indicators are analyzed by using the business intelligence technology.So,the whole system is divided into the business intelligence analysis subsystem and the Web application subsystem.The performance business intelligence analysis subsystem uses the Oracle company's business intelligence platform,and we make full use of the technology of business intelligence which includes Data Warehouse and OLAP technology.Based on this,acquire,transform,aggregate data and calculate index by the storage process of PL/SQL development of the database,and design the multidimensional data analysis model of the subsystem,and realize the performance analysis data shows by BI analysis tools;the Web application subsystem adopts JAVA as the main development language and employs the Spring,SpringMVC and MyBatis technology framework(SSM)to design,and uses the free Tomcat server as the Web application server.(3)The performance business intelligence analysis subsystem is integrated into the Web application project,which achieves a seamless connection,and builds a complete regional public hospital performance management system.Finally demonstrate and test each module function of the system.The system meets the basic needs of the public hospital performance management,and it has greatly expanded,also standardizes the performance appraisal management of the public hospitals.We analyze the performance appraisal data of the regional public hospitals by using the business intelligence tool,which improves the work efficiency,safety and intelligence in the performance assessment management of local area public hospital of the Planning Commission or the health management organizations.
