In the "twelfth five-year" deepening medical and health system reforming, under the background of public hospitals in our country in the face of a variety of other system to the fierce competition in the hospital and government fiscal subsidies for public hospital can’t satisfy the operating situation of public hospital, still need to perform the social responsibility, to realize the social benefit of public hospital, maintain the public welfare of public hospitals, which requires public hospital performance management system to help achieve this goal, to ensure the development of the strategic target of the public hospital be carried out.This article of the assessment of hospital performance management at home and abroad, on the basis of theoretical research and practice in SL hospital as an example, the second hospital performance management system for the system design, including the performance management system, set up the basis of the design of the performance indicators, performance pay distribution, the implementation of the performance management measures, assessment of hospital performance management measures and assessment of performance management feedback from several aspects, both in terms of their capacity to focus on the public hospital social efficiency, and ensure the system of performance management system. At the same time, to the development of hospital strategic objectives as the guidance, using key performance index method, target management theory, three hundred and sixty degree evaluation method to the hospital’s overall performance goals to segment each department and the department, and finally to staff person, through various refining performance indicators to achieve the goals of the implementation of the final hospital development strategy.This article through to the SL public hospital performance management system of the discussion, the performance management system of scientific and feasible has played a more obvious role in promoting, the conclusion of this article for public hospitals in a similar situation to adapt to the new situation of development of the establishment and improvement of performance management system has the certain enlightenment function.
