What kind of position in the medical service market can be occupied by Chinese medicine hospital depends on the performance management success or not.However,Chinese medicine hospital,of the the inheritance of Chinese medicine,is facing the serious development dilemma,with the increasingly fierce competition in medical market.Therefore,in order to the sustainable development of Chinese medicine and to effectively promote social and economic benefits of Chinese medicine hospital,the urgent needs of the present is to have the correct direction of traditional Chinese medicine hospital performance evaluation index system.Objective By applying the Kano model to build traditional Chinese medicine hospital performance evaluation index system,and applied to the Chinese medicine hospital performance management,in order to realize the medical staffs work enthusiasm and meet the demand of customer service,finally to achieve the objectives of fundamentally promoting the core competitive power of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods To confirm the patients' three different demand for medical services of traditional Chinese medicine with applying the Kano model,and then to determine the core factors that affect patients' satisfaction.And according to the basic requirements,expected demands and excitement needs of the Kano model to build the hierarchical index of TCM hospital performance evaluation.Conclusion Through the establishment and effective implementation of performance evaluation index system,traditional Chinese medicine hospital administrators can apply the performance evaluation hierarchy index to evaluate the performance management of traditional Chinese medicine hospital scientifically,thereby to improve the quality and satisfaction of medical service and the working enthusiasm of medical staff.The solution will be to have an important value and significance to effectively improve the social benefit and economic benefit of TCM hospital.
