Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of Public Hospitals Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Hospital performance evaluation plays a vital role in the process of hospital development,and has always been a yardstick for the overall strength of hospitals.In 2015,the State Health Planning Commission issued the "guidance on strengthening the performance evaluation of public health institutions".It requires all localities to strengthen the performance evaluation of public health institutions,but it does not take into account the particularity of the public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.As one of the main bodies of public hospitals,the Chinese medicine hospital must establish a scientific and reasonable set.The performance evaluation index system aims to objectively and accurately evaluate public TCM hospitals.Through the design of the questionnaire,this paper conducted two rounds of expert consultation,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of doctors and patients.At the same time,according to the experts' score on the importance of the indicators and the experts' revisions to the index system,the statistics and analysis of the data were carried out by using the Excel software.After establishing the performance evaluation index system of public hospitals,the index weights are allocated and the index allocation scheme is designed.In order to verify the scientificity of the evaluation index system,we randomly selected 5 public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out field research,collect relevant data,calculate the total score,and then rank the hospital according to the level of the score.The establishment of the index system for the performance evaluation of the Chinese medicine hospital should fully reflect the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital and make a clear distinction between the traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the western hospital.It should be beneficial to the smooth implementation of the reform of the medical and health system and the market demand of the people's development of traditional Chinese medicine.
