The Research On Tacit Knowledge Management On The Performance Impact Of A Knowledge-based Organization Of Chinese Medicine Hospital

Since the21st century, knowledge economy has become the dominant economic management mode in the new century, the knowledge management of the knowledge economy environment has increasingly become the theme of the daily management activities and priorities. Hospital as a typical knowledge-intensive and talent intensive knowledge organization, effective implementation of knowledge management to improve the medical service quality of the whole hospital has become an important part of hospital management, which characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine hospital is no exception. Traditional Chinese medicine as an important part of Chinese excellent culture, the characteristics of its "can be felt, but difficult to explain in words" is the embodiment of the recessive knowledge thought, tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is becoming a source of sustainable competitive advantage. To explore the influence of the tacit knowledge management of hospital knowledge organization performance problems, not only has important academic value to deepen the knowledge management theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and to improve the ability of knowledge innovation of traditional Chinese medicine, to promote traditional Chinese competitive advantage which has a profound practical significance.Under the above background, this paper mainly uses the theoretical derivation and empirical research method, the tacit knowledge management and the traditional knowledge organization performance has carried on the thorough research. Thesis research work mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) through the literature review, systematically combed the theory of tacit knowledge management at home and abroad, the research of relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance;(2) established the tacit knowledge management of hospital knowledge organization performance impact of structural equation model, and further put forward the theoretical hypothesis;(3) to seven traditional Chinese medicine hospitals of Jiangsu province hospital of subtropical high and above the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical workers as investigation object, through interviews and questionnaire survey, get207effective questionnaires;(4) using SPSS19.0software for data of test reliability and validity, and structural equation model is established which LISREL8.70software to test the empirical data support for the research hypothesis.Through the above research, this paper proves that the tacit knowledge management of hospital knowledge organization performance have a significant positive effect, traditional Chinese science and technology innovation ability in other factors have a mediation effect on traditional knowledge organization performance, and put forward to optimize the inner mechanism of the traditional Chinese tacit knowledge management, improve the hospital knowledge management mechanism and external environment, encourage scientific and technological innovation, establish research traditional measures such as traditional Chinese knowledge and improve the organizational performance level, inheritance and innovation of TCM and the development of traditional Chinese has important academic value and application value.
