Clinical Study On The Effects Of Tianzhi Granules In Treatment Of Vascular Dementia (Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang Syndrome)

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Tian Zhi granules in the treatment of vascular dementia(hyperactive of liver-yang syndrome),to provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:Select 60 patients who with vascular dementia of hyperactive of liver-yang syndrome and randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group 30 cases andcontrol group 30 cases.Treatment group was given Tian Zhi granules.The control group was given nimodipine tablet.Treatment for 24 weeks.Before treatment,12 weeks,24 weeks respectively CIBIC-plus,MMSE,GYSK score.Clinical curative effect and assaying items were observed after one course of treatment.Results:60 patients completed the experiment successfully.The treatment group and control group had 30 patients respectively.The treatment group and control group respectively in the treatment of 12 weeks and 24 weeks of MMSE,GYSK,CIBIC-plus ratings compared between group and group.Treatment group and control group in the treatment of 12 weeks of MMSE,CIBIC-plus compared between groups,P>0.05,no statistical significance.the MMSE comparison in the group,P >0.05,there is no statistical significance;Comparison between GYSK group,P<0.05,there is statistical significance,the comparison in the group P<0.05,with statistical significance.At 24 weeks,MMSE,CIBIC-plus comparison between two groups,P>0.05,no statistical significance,the comparison in the group P<0.05,there is statistical significance;The GYSK comparison between groups,P<0.05,there is statistical significance,the comparison in the group P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: Tian Zhi granules can improve MMSE,GYSK,CIBIC-plus score as nimodipine tablet.Tian Zhi granules treatment of vascular dementia has significant curative effect,can alleviate patients' cognitive function,behavior,ability.Condition of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,Tian Zhi granules it is better than nimodipine tablet.Although on the overall clinical curative effect Tian Zhi granules is obviously improved,but there was no significant difference of curative effect with the control.Visible,Tian Zhi granules is vascular dementia essence ofliver Yang syndrome effective prescriptionon treatment.
