ObjectivesCompare the essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia and not the essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia differences in risk factors, as the essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia this pool certificate type of vascular dementia to provide some theoretical reference for the prevention and cure.Methodsincluded 74 patients who are diagnosised as liver Yang syndrone card type of vascular dementia and 57 patients who are not the essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia, from September 1,2015 to November 30, 2015 in nerve internal medicine outpatient and the inpatient of Guangdong hospital of TCM.recorded in detail the basic situation of these patients, including their personal basic information, the infarction area, number of infarction; past medical history, MMSE scale score, HIS scale score, HAMD and GYSK scale score.Result1. Essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia group and not the essence of liver Yang syndrome type of vascular dementia group in terms of gender, and smoking history has no obvious difference (p> 0.05), while in age, culture level, drinking history and family history, there were significant differences (p< 0.05)2.
