Clinical Study Of Tianzhi Granules In Treatment Of Vascular Dementi A (Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang Syndrome)

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of TianZhi granule in treatment of vascular dementia with hyperactivity of liver yang,explore an effective way for TCM treatment of vascular dementia with hyperactivity of liver yang.MethodsAll cases were selected from the neurology department of Guangdong traditional Chinese medicine hospital in July-,66 patients with vascular dementia with hyperactivity of liver yang,among which 9 cases were excluded,57 cases were treated with TianZhi granule,1 pack,3 times/day.The observation point was before treatment(0 weeks),12 weeks and 24 weeks after chemotherapy.All patients were graded with MMSE and gysk score at 24 and 24 weeks before and after chemotherapy and at 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after chemotherapy,respectively.The score of each value before and after treatment and the changes of laboratory indexes were evaluated.Statistical analysis:using the spssl7.0 statistical software package for processing,measurement data adoption,the median median(M)said.The multiple observation time points were compared with the repetition measurement variance analysis,a ?0.05.Before and after treatment,the measurement data were paired t test or matched symbolic rank sum test.Results1.in the simple mental state examination(MMSE)integral improvement,the MMSE score of multiple observation points,after repeated measurement variance analysis,the covariance matrix and sphericity test difference were statistically significant(f = 221.118,p = 0.000<0.01,f= 2225.942,p = 0.000<0.01),indicating that the score increased with treatment time.2.in the overall change impression scale(cibic)score based on clinical physician interview and Caregiver,the difference of covariance matrix and sphericity test were statistically significant(f = 8.461,p = 0.003<0.01,f = 1218.312,p = 0.000<0.01),indicating that the score decreased with the treatment time.3.in the improvement of the hyperactivity of liver yang(gysk),the scores of multiple observation points were statistically significant(f ?277.134,p = 0.000<0.01,f= 1043.573,p = 0.000<0· 01).the results showed that the scores were decreased with the treatment time.4.in the improvement of other indicators,the statistical test of liver and kidney function before and after treatment in no obvious change(p>0.05),the paired symbolic rank sum test prothrombin time(pt)and before and after treatment(p>0.05).Before the treatment of fibrinogen(fib)compared with the 24 weeks after chemotherapy(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the results showed that fibrinogen(fib)was reduced.Conclusion1.TianZhi granules can improve the simple mental state examination(MMSE),based on the overall change impression scale(cibic)and liver yang hyperactivity(liver yang),that is,TianZhi granules can improve memory,computing power,directive force,slow thinking,understanding duo,intelligent Subside,executive function and the symptoms of liver yang hyperactivity.2.TianZhi granules can improve the cognitive impairment of patients,and have obvious effect on dizziness,insomnia,headache,irritability,Irritability,waist,tongue coating and other symptoms;3.TianZhi granules is the master of Tianma Uncaria rhynchophylla decoction,it has the effect of Calming the Liver,tonifying liver and kidney,anshen anshen,for patients with mild and moderate vascular hyperactivity of liver yang.4.TianZhi granules has no effect on the liver and kidney function of patients,that is not with liver and kidney toxicity,and TianZhi granules can reduce the fibrinogen of the fiber.
