Smart Phone In Healthy Education Of Patients With Psoriasis

ObjectiveTo understand the rehabilitation service requirements of skin disease patients,To design and improve the smart phone applications which can meet the customers' demand.We had analyzed the intervention effect of app and its influence factor,to improve the method of health education for health workers.MethodsThis research is divided into two stages.The first stage,make an investigation to investigate the demand of skin disease patients for rehabilitative services?the habit of using APP,Its design can satisfy the need of patients,and accord with the characteristics of patients with apps.The second stage is experimental research,A total of 138 patients with psoriasis were selected as subjectsin Guangzhou dermatology specialized hospital which met the inclusion criteria between July 2017 and October 2017.The research objects were divided into two groups by the methods of random number table,namely the control group and the intervention group,Each group has 69 cases.Different methods were used for three months of healthy education compared the recovery effect between two groups.Results The first phase of the study:1.Patient need for healthy education content and method: the illness and treatment options(76.0%)?the psoriasis disease knowledge(72.6%)?precautions during treatment(66.0%)?treatment effect and prognosis(60.0%)?dietary guidelines(54.0%)?medication guidelines(50.6%).Patients mostly need APP software functions:provide illness and guidance(81.3%)?make an appointment(76%)?patients communicate plate(70.0%)?search for drugs and diseases(70.0%)?query inspection results(68.0%).The reasons why patients are reluctant to use the APP;fear of revealing personal privacy(54.0%)?patients are used to going to hospital through consulting a doctor(54.0%),the doctor is more professional?online inquiry is unscientific(15.3%)?complex operation(6.0%).The second phase of the study:1.The tervention group are lower than the control group after three mouths,DLQI scores(5.97±1.56)? SAS scores(21.26±1.54)? SDS scores(21.35±3.30)? PASI scores(3.86±0.35),and the differents is statistically significant(P?0.05).2.The tervention group are lower than the control group after three mouths,the knowledge score(10.88±0.36),the behavior score(7.89±0.73).Conclusions1.Skin disease patients need healthy education content,Patients have higher demand funcaiton of smart phone apps.2.It is feasible and effective educational way through the APP software for the psoriasis patient health education.It can improve anxiety and depression?improve patient's quality of life;It can raise awarenes of the disease and promote behavior improvement.It is suitable for promotion in clinical work.
