Background Psoriasis is a common erythematous scaly skin disease,etiology and genetic related and affected by many factors such as trauma, infection, drugs, or unhealthy living habits, its characteristics is chronic exacerbations and remissions repeated alternating episodes, enable patients exhausted, serious impact on the quality of life of the patients. Due to the limited patient understanding of disease, in the course of treatment not the proper use of drugs, or drug abuse treatment of excessive, resulting in increasing the difficulty of treatment, and treatment failure, but also brought a heavy financial burden to the patient. Therefore, in patients with psoriasis were all course health education, can improve the curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate, while allowing patients to understand disease self management method, improve the quality of life.Objective On the patients with psoriasis were health education guidance, from curative effect, recurrence rate, mental state and quality of life of change compared with the control group, evaluated by the psoriasis of whole course health education effect.Attempts to explore the scientific and effective economic suitable health education mode for patients with psoriasis, and intends to provide reference basis for health education of community outreach, psoriasis and other chronic skin disease.Methods Selected in our hospital for treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, a total of 392 cases, divided into intensive management (Study Group) group (200 cases) and control group (n= 192). Into the group, a comprehensive collection of the basic information of the two groups of patients, including patients gender, age, level of education, occupation, the prevalence time, past history, family history, scores of patients with psoriasis area and severity index (PASI), and by the patients filled out one by one the symptom self rating scale (SCL-90) and anxiety self rating scale (S AS), depression self rating scale (SDS) and dermatology life quality index table (DLQI), the establishment of the health file. Secondly, two groups of patients using vitamin D3 analogues (card berth triol) topical treatment, monitoring for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after the lesions improvement, fill in the PASI score table, and statistical analysis, to evaluate the curative effect of patients in two groups. Another of the patients in the study group of education evaluation, understand the cognition of the disease patients, the degree of desire for the knowledge of the disease, diet habit and the way of life, the implementation of a period of 12 months of health education, guide the proper use of drugs, to strengthen the daily skin care, and at the same time tracking detection and follow-up and appropriate psychological counseling. After the health education once again let the patients in the second group to fill in SCL-90, SAS, SDS, DLQI table, and to understand the skin lesions of patients with recurrence, the data were statistically analyzed. Evaluation before and after health education intervention group 2 patients had recurrence of rate, psychological symptoms, quality of life, whether there is a difference of change, change the amount.Results To compare two groups of patients with 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after the treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after its efficiency was higher than the control group, there are statistically significant differences compared to P< 0.05; the recurrence rate of two groups after 12 months of follow-up, the study group was significantly lower than the control group there was statistical significance, P< 0.05 differences; study group patients before and after the evaluation of mental state in the body, depression, anxiety, hostility score, self rating Depression Scale score, self rating Anxiety Scale scores than the accepted health education before have significantly improved, and better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant P< 0.05; study group patients before and after the dermatology life quality index scores were accepted health education before decreased significantly, P< 0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion This topic through carrying out health education for patients with psoriasis in the study group, to deepen their understanding of the understanding of knowledge related to psoriasis, establish the correct to treat the disease of attitude, normative and rational use of drug treatment, to develop good eating habits and lifestyle, evade the risk, from and effectively improve the efficacy of the treatment of the disease, reducing the recurrence rate, prolong the disease remission, promote the mental health of the patients, improve the quality of life. Through the intervention of patient psychology, behavior and life style, for the treatment of psoriasis provides a cheap, applicable computer aided method, while increasing the communication between doctors and patients, create a good medical environment, building a harmonious medical model, worthy of further research and more widely spread.
