| Objective:1.To deeply understand the diverse health education needs of patients with coronary heart disease during different stages of diagnosis and treatment process.2.To construct the health education program for patients with coronary heart disease based on m-health.3.Complete the software design and the initial development of mobile health education program for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:1.Qualitative research methods were used to explore the different health education needs in different stages of diagnosis and treatment for patients with coronary heart disease.Fourteen cases with three to six months of follow-up study and eight typical cases with personal in-depth interviews were included.2.Based on the literature research and qualitative research,and referred to the mobile health education softwares on the applicationmarket.Brainstorming method was used to construct a preliminary framework of mobile health education program for patients with coronary heart disease.3.Seven experts from medical,nursing and software engineering field were included and the group discussion was conducted.Participants gave their views and advice about the preliminary framework of the mobile health education program.4.The Delphi expert consultation was used to revise the contents of main health education knowledge in the mobile health education program for patients with coronary heart disease.5.The expert working group discussion was conducted where six experts from medical,nursing and software engineering were included.The multi-disciplinary cooperation done to finalized the CHD mobile health education program and completed the initial development of the software.Results:1.Through the qualitative research,five themes were extracted:(1)Needs of knowledge regarding disease during the diagnostic stage.(2)Needs of knowledge regarding surgical procedures and postoperative recovery during the operation stage.(3)Needs of knowledge regarding home self-management during rehabilitation stage.(4)Needs ofknowledge regarding the drug and psychosocial support throughout the whole process.(5)Diversity methods of getting healthy knowledge.2.The preliminary framework of the mobile health education program for patients with coronary heart disease was designed through brainstorming.The preliminary framework includes four modules: my health management,health education knowledge base,self-assessment and psychosocial support.3.Through the expert working group discussion,the mobile health education program for patients with coronary heart disease was demonstrated.The revised version consisted of three modules: my health management,health education knowledge base and psychosocial support.4.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the mobile health education knowledge base was designed,which consisted of five major health education knowledge bases: health knowledge of diagnosis stage,health knowledge of drug treatment stage,health knowledge of intervention stage,health knowledge of surgical treatment stage and health knowledge of rehabilitation stage.The expert positive coefficient for the two rounds were 96% and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficient of the experts were 94.44% and 94.13%,respectively.After the two rounds of consultation,the coordination coefficient between the first-level indicators and the second-level indicators were 0.283 and 0.333,respectively.The coordination of experts' opinion had statisticalsignificance(P<0.001).5.Based on the results of early studies,the final version of the mobile health education program for coronary heart disease was determined by the expert group meeting method,the content and function of the software were designed.In addition,the preliminary development of the software was completed,and the software includes five functional modules:registration and login,my,health knowledge,interaction and settings.Conclusions:1.The health education needs of patients with coronary heart disease at different stages of diagnosis and treatment are different,individualized and phased health education should be provided according to the different needs of patients at different stages.2.In this study,coronary heart disease patients' health education items of five stages,including diagnosis stage,drug treatment stage,intervention treatment stage,surgical treatment stage and rehabilitation stage,the concrete contents of each item were sorted out through the Delphi expert consultation.The health education contents can be used as education materials for patients with coronary heart disease during diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice.3.This research finally formed a mobile health education program for coronary heart disease,and developed a smartphone application.The APPis in the debugging process currently,the practical application and effectiveness test of the APP will be carried out in future study. |
