Clinical Study On The Self-made Decoction Of Cooling Blood And Health Education In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made decoction of cooling blood and health education treatment for psoriasis vulgaris, from the perspective of the modern medicine mode and the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine To investigate the treatment of Psoriasis.Methods:103cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with decoction of cooling blood and coal tar ointment, the control group was treated with Yujin Yinxie Tablets and coal tar ointment, health education and psychological counseling accompanied the treatment process.The efficacy was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) The quality of life of patients evaluated by WHOQOL-BREF.Results:In the early to mid course,two groups were of the same effect; in12weeks after treatment, the treatment group was more effective than the control group. Total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher, and had a low incidence of adverse reactions. After treatment, two groups of patients’life quality were significantly improved than before, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The self-prescription decoction of cooling blood to treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the premise of adequate treatment is effective, safe and good, worthy of the clinical promotion; health education is very important for the treatment of psoriasis, patients received a psychological or emotional support, Which was helpful to the treatment and control of the disease. Comprehensive and accurate assessment of the patient’s condition on a patient’s psychological intervention targeted, holistic, personalized treatment, is also consistent with the development of the medical model.
