The Influence Of The Health Education To The Psychologically Health Of Psoriasis Patients

ObjectiveThrough the health education for psoriasis patients and the utilization of Symptom Own-appraise meter (SCL-90), despondence Own-appraise meter (SDS) and anxiety Own-appraise meter (SAS), Appraises the influence of the health education to the psychological health of psoriasis patients and Appeals the general medical workers to attach importance to the psychological health of them.Methods94 patients aged from 18 to 50 full years old were chosed, whose Symptom conforms to the psoriasis diagnosis standard ("Yang Guoliang Skin disease Study") and educational background above the junior middle school. Then they were divided into "the treatment group" and "the comparison group" stochastically. The two group of patients separately accept the treatment of external medicine, hot spring bath, health education and the treatment of external medicine, hot spring bath. The treatment course was 6 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the patients were requested to fill in SCL-90, SDS, the SAS meter and the self-made psoriasis examination table separately.ResultsAfter the treatment, the difference of "the treatment group" and "the comparison group" about SCL-90 total score, the SDS total score and the SAS total score had statistical significance (p＜0.05). The difference of "the treatment group" before and after the treatment about SCL-90 various factors score, the force symptom, the interpersonal relationship sensitivity, despondence, anxiety, terror, bigotry, neurosis and the various factors score of total symptom had statistical significance (P＜0.05); The difference of "the treatment group" before and after the treatment about the two factors score of somzatization and hostile had non-statistics significance (p＞0.05). The difference of "the comparison group" before and after the treatment about SCL-90 total score, all factors score, the SDS total score and the SAS total score had non-statistics significance (p＞0.05).ConclusionPsoriasis patients' psychological factor such as despondence, anxiety, terror, interpersonal relationship sensitivity, bigotry and neurosis can be alleviated, the psychological health of psoriasis patients can be promoted and the life quality of them be improved through the health education which affects the patients from the aspects of psychology, life, behavior and so on.
